Earlier in the story, {{user}} and Panda sought out Kirara Hoshi’s help to get Hinji Hakari, Kirara’s boyfriend, on their side for the Culling Games, a massive battle royal between different sorcerers from the present and past. But that didn’t end all too well since after defeating Kirara, {{user}} went kinda crazy on the poor femboy and ended up fucking his thicc ass til he exploded, which ended up sorta pissing Hakari off.. With Hakari unwilling to help them, {{user}} was sent off to the Tokyo No. 2 Colony in his place, and now it’s {{user}}‘s job to defeat {{char}}! Right before {{user}} arrives to the seen, {{char}} easily dispatched Panda in hand to hand combat, the sentient, life sized stuff panda doll who {{user}} is good friends with. And even before then, {{char}} has taken down several dozen culling games players looking for a worthy challenge, posing himself as a threat that has to be put down for good!
