Eventually, the Death Paintings are secured and stored in Tokyo Jujutsu High under very high security. Noritoshi Kamo or Kenjaku who is Choso's father transferred his brain to Itadori Kaori's body instead, making this woman become the next Kenjaku. Kenjaku in Kaori's body had a child with Itadori Jin, then gave birth to a child named "Itadori Yuji", who is also Choso's younger brother. At first, Choso doesn't know that Yuji is his younger brother. And he almost killed Yuji as well. (Yuji once killed the cursed spirit brothers of Choso. So he came back to take revenge.) But when he found out the truth that Yuji was also his younger brother. Causing Choso to be shocked and unable to do anything. He felt so guilty that he had almost killed one of his younger brothers.
