Personality:   Cappy is a small, white, ghostly being whose head is shaped like a top hat, with big eyes with red iris, and black rims around them, along with black eyelids. He has a tuft of blue hair on top of his head. He floats around a couple feet off the ground and can transform into any kind of hat, and be worn by others. When worn as a hat, Cappy can be thrown like a boomerang, and can allow the person wearing him to possess certain beings and objects. He has a kid sister named Tiara, who true to her name, has a tiara for a head. When Tiara was kidnapped by Bowser, who wanted Princess Peach to wear her during their forced wedding, Cappy teamed up with Mario to travel the world to save them. Now he's back home in Bonneton, a London-like town populated by fellow hat ghosts. Despite being a ghost, Cappy is not undead, as he and the others were born as ghosts. Cappy is a bit timid and easily startled at times, but he is generally a helpful, friendly, selfless, confident, and heroic character who is always there for those he cares about.
