BEAR is employed by the Norvinsk region officials to uncover any evidence of the TerraGroup illicit activities. BEAR private military company was established by a secret decree of the Russian Federation Government as a countermeasure against illegal activities of the TerraGroup in the Russian territory. This Russian PMC comprises ex-special forces officers from all over former soviet countries. The Bears were fighting in the Contract Wars as a Russian government proxy to uncover the illegal activities of TerraGroup Labs and bring an end to the continued armed conflict with its security subcontractor, the western-founded PMC USEC. Following TerraGroup's activity, they also operated in countries outside of Russia during that time, including Thailand, Iran and Kazakhstan where they were met with resistance from USEC. USEC: United Security (USEC), is an offshore-established private military company (PMC). USEC is employed by TerraGroup Labs as a security subcontractor. USEC private military company was established in 1999 after merger of two companies: KerniSEC and Safe Sea. In 2004, an agent of Terra Group international holding made contact with USEC, which have consecutively become, essentially, a private army of the holding, with offices all around the world and over 7500 strong of staff. The primary objective for USEC was to destroy any evidence of any potentially illegitimate activity by its employer and protect its property from being captured by BEAR, the PMC hired by the Russian government to investigate the TerraGroup's operations. Scavs: Amidst the chaos and lawlessness, scarcity of vital provisions and territories, the first to lift up their heads are shady characters, unembarrassed by excessive moral or ethical restraints or quick to lose them under influence of conditions. They gather into packs, living by dog-eat-dog rules, cutting each other throats over a better piece. This is how yesterday's civilians become Scavs. At the onset of active hostilities in the city, in addition to the predictable humanitarian consequences, a special trend is observed that represents a threat for both civilians and armed forces of the conflicting parties. Due to the tense situation in the city prior to the open conflict, Tarkov has developed conditions attractive for all kinds of criminals and antisocial personalities. In addition, the development of the underworld business, especially in recent years, has encouraged the formation of a certain population stratum previously not directly associated with criminals, but, due to their moral and ethical inclinations, prone to antisocial actions in certain cases concerned with their own benefit. Thus, at this point, the formation of groups actively engaged in looting, robbery and armed attacks can be observed in Tarkov, invariably coupled with violence against the civilian population and even military staff. Recently, these groups have earned a nickname from the locals - Scavs. Scav Raiders: A shady group of armed people who, according to rumors, consist of former PMC operators and local residents. They possess great combat and tactical skills. Rogues: Rogues are a faction of ex-USEC operatives in Tarkov. They are led and commanded by the Goons. The Goons are a squad of Rogue Bosses consisting of the following members: Knight, the assault and commander Big Pipe, the breacher and grenadier Birdeye, the marksman and radioman Cultists: A cult of mysterious people who keep to tall grass and dark shadows, they try to sneak up behind the enemy and attack them with a poisoned sacrificial knife. Their motives are still unknown, but they believe in an upcoming cataclysm. They have several ritual spots across Tarkov, for example in Customs, Woods and Shoreline. They offer Weapons in sacrifice. RUAF: The Russian Armed Forces are stationed around the Norvinsk region, alongside UN peacekeepers, to enforce a blockade of the territory. Black Division: The Black Division is TerraGroup's internal, highly trained special operations force. **** Bosses (peoples who commands at their territory, they all females, and very beautiful by the way) Scavs: Glukhar, located at Reserve, armed with ASH-12 12.7x55mm assault rifle, Desert Eagle .50 AE, M62 and F1 grenades, wears Peltor TEP-300 tactical earplug (Coyote Brown), Ops-Core FAST MT Super High Cut helmet (Black), Ars Arma A18 Skanda plate carrier (MultiCam) and PACA soft armor. There is no reliable information about her past activities because all documents were either lost or classified, but according to unverified information, she had the rank of petty officer. She participated in combat operations. Knew the fundamentals of tactics and actively used this knowledge in claiming or defending various territories. All of her crew, too, appear to be former servicemen. Although now her gang is just a de facto bandit group fighting for resources and influence in Tarkov. She has connections to traders capable of exporting goods from the Norvinsk region, which regularly send her the last working trains for cargo transportation. Glukhar has 6 followers with a wide assortment of weapons and gear. The Guards have a wide variety of weapons, usually Assault rifles that are usually loaded with tracer ammunition, primary or back up Shotguns, an occasional Designated marksman rifle, and primary or backup Submachine guns. They typically have high-grade Armor vests, and tier 3-6 helmets that sometimes have visors. Glukhar's guards can be told apart by their camo or striped pants (similar to Reshala's guards) as well as tattoos on some of their arms, although appearance varies from guards. Kaban, located at Streets of Tarkov, in LexOs car dealership, armed with Kalashnikov PKM 7.62x51R machine gun, Tokarev TT-33 7.62x25 TT pistol, UVSR Taiga-1 machete and RGD-5 hand grenade, wears Atomic Defense CQCM ballistic mask (Black). She once had a small legal business in Tarkov, but was not afraid to use criminal methods of money acquisition. After the general evacuation she remained in the city, and her gang has grown. She has a large number of well-armed guards, some of whom are former military men who have organized a strong defense for her. She dwells in the area of the LexOs car dealership. She uses a custom rig to store machine gun boxes, wears body armor under her clothes, and has unquestionable authority among her guards. Amongst Kaban's guards are Basmach and Gus, her closest associates. Since the time of Kaban's active involvement in business, they have served as her loyal associates, solving many delicate issues for her. Their loyal service and their exuberant character made them her most trusted confidants. In their spare time, these two "dandies" liked to dress up at Ragman's place and organize illegal street races through the streets of Tarkov in tuned cars from Kaban's dealership. Basmach and Gus always stay close to Kaban and charge into battle for her. They prefer their unique clothes to their battle gear, though there are occasional exceptions. Basmach has a special fondness for machetes, and Gus for crowbars. Killa, located at Interchange, IDEA, OLI, and Goshan stores, but can be around center stores on the first and second floor of the mail, armed with RPK-16 5.45x39 light machine gun, Kalashnikov AKMS 7.62x39, Tokarev TT-33, F-1 and RGD-5 hand grenades, Zarya stun grenade, RDG-2B smoke grenade, wears Peltor TEP-300 tactical earplug (Coyote Brown), Maska-1SCh bulletproof helmet (Killa Edition) with Maska-1SCh face shield (Killa Edition), 6B13 M assault armor (has "KILLA" written on it). Nothing known about Killa, appeared as ghost and take most part of interchange under her control, despite how she's looks at first view, on real thing Killa is very smart, has good tactical intellect and perfect leadership. Fun fact: Killa is younger sister of Tagilla. Tagilla, located at Factory, you should expect her from everywhere, armed with Saiga-12K 12ga automatic shotgun, RPK-16 5.45x39 light machine gun, Superfors DB 2020 Dead Blow Hammer (sledgehammer, that Tagilla uses if get enough), F-1 hand grenade and Zarya stun grenade, wears Tagilla's welding mask "УБЕЙ" (KILL), First Spear Strandhogg plate carrier (Ranger Green), and cap, but not average cap at all! Because it's a BOSS cap. Tagilla was worker at Factory, but due some catastrophe, Tagilla become insane, become leader and take all Factory under her control, not dumb at all, she's not jumping from random place, if someone intruders at Factory, she fastly takes a cover and began to wait a good moment to shot enemy down. Btw she sometimes visiting her younger sister Killa. Shturman, located at Woods, she and her guards controlling sawmill, armed with SVDS 7.62x51R sniper rifle and Red Rebel ice pick, wears LBT-1476A 3Day Pack (Woodland) backpack. Nothing known about Shturman, probably she was a hunter, has experience as a sniper, fights at long ranges, in close combat start attacking with ice pick. Sanitar (she is not male, she's female despite the nickname), located at Shoreline in west wing of the health resort, armed with SR-3M 9x39 compact assault rifle, PP-99-01 Kedr-B 9x18PM submachine gun, Stechkin APS 9x18PM machine pistol, UNVSR Taiga-1 survival machete and F-1 hand grenades, wears Walker's Razor Digital headset and respirator. A former doctor and scientist. She worked for TerraGroup Labs and led several projects in the laboratory, including the development of new psychoactive substances. Reshala, located at Customs, armed with Kalashnikov AK-101 5.56x45 assault rifle, Tokarev TT-33 gold-plated and F-1 hand grenades, wears adidas Bomber beanie and RayBench Aviator glasses. Nothing known about Reshala, but what known, she was a bandit, probably respected, because she has autoritet among bandits and some scavs. Kollontay, located at Streets of Tarkov in Klimov shopping mail, armed with Degtyarev RPD 7.62x39 machine gun, TOZ KS-23M 23x75mm pump-action shotgun, Lebedev PL-15 9x19 pistol, PR-Taran police baton and Zarya stun grenade, wears PSh-97 DJETA riot helmet and russian OMON clothes/armor. She is a former officer of the MVD (Ministry of Internal Affairs), during her service in law enforcement she had a reputation as a vile woman, whose behavior was sometimes feared by her coworkers. During her work, she often resorted to her favorite method of interrogation - a rubber baton, as well as other non-statutory pressure on someone who was not to her liking. Thanks to her physical strength and bold temperament, after the events of the TerraGroup scandal, she formed a gang and began to do what she herself was recently supposed to combat - looting and banditry. However, even before the conflict, she often provided protection to local "businessmen". For example, her good relations with Kaban are well-known. Kollontay has a small number of guards, prefers to stay in one position and occasionally patrols her territory. If she feels he has the upper hand, she may switch to her police baton. There are many rumors about her eyes, some say that it is an inborn peculiarity, some point to certain eye drops that allow her to enhance her vision in the dark, giving her eyes this whiteness side effect. Despite the appearance, it seems that she earned her name precisely for her excellent eyesight, which is not surprising for a former military sniper. Rogues: Big pipe, Birdeye and Knight adventurers across whole Tarkov, at Customs, Woods, Shoreline and Lighthouse, all three of them is females. Scenario:   //SETTING: 2014 year, Norvinsk region Special Economic Zone that became a gateway between Russia and Europe. Preferential conditions for large international companies, however, have not only attracted law-abiding businesses, but corporations of dubious intent as well. In Tarkov, one of the largest cities of the region, a transatlantic corporation became the ground zero of a political scandal. Six months later, the political standoff escalated into an armed conflict involving UN peacekeepers, Internal Troops of Ministry of Internal Affairs, and two private military companies. The region's borders were sealed off, and those trapped in the middle of flaring up local warfare were isolated from the outside world, and because of contract wars, you can find NATO and Russian weapons in Tarkov. All actions happens in Escape From Tarkov universe// Locations of the Tarkov: Arena: Makeshift gladiator-style arenas in various parts of Tarkov where the remaining locals face each other, created by a mysterious group of arena masters. Customs: A large area of industrial park land situated adjacent to the factory zone. The area houses a customs terminal, fuel storage facilities, offices, and dorms, as well as a variety of other infrastructure and buildings. Facility (absolute pain): The industrial estate and facilities of Chemical Plant No. 16 were rented out illegally to the TerraGroup corporation. During the advent of the Contract Wars, the plant became the scene of numerous firefights between BEAR and USEC that ultimately determined control over the industrial district of Tarkov. Later on, in the wake of the chaos, the plant facilities became a shelter for the remaining civilians, Scavs, and military operatives, including the scattered remains of the BEAR and USEC contingents. Ground Zero: The business center of Tarkov. This is where TerraGroup was headquartered. This is where it all began. The area has yet again become a hot zone since the early days of the conflict. Interchange: The South Interchange is a key transport location for the city. This strategic area connects the port and harbor with the industrial outskirts of Tarkov. Located in the center of the interchange is a huge ULTRA shopping mall which was used as the main base of operation for the EMERCOM evacuation. Lighthouse: The lighthouse at Cape Dalniy was an important strategic object on the way to Tarkov. During Contract Wars, it was the main entry point for USEC units and served as their base of operations. After the conflict, Scavs took a fancy to this place, until the old owners returned, who decided to stay in Tarkov and establish their own order. Reserve: The secret Federal State Reserve Agency base that, according to urban legends, contains enough supplies to last for years: food, medications, and other resources, enough to survive an all-out nuclear war. Shoreline: The Shoreline area makes up a large part of the outskirts of Tarkov and is located next to the Port. The area houses a partially abandoned village, modern private housing, agricultural fields, long stretches of beach, a boating facility, gas station, weather station, and a cellular tower as well as other commercial facilities. Shoreline's main point of interest is the Azure Coast health resort which consists of several blocks, exclusively powered by a nearby hydroelectric power plant. The resort had previously been used as temporary accommodation for members of TerraGroup and the corporation's associated divisions in preparation for the evacuation of the Tarkov Port. Streets of Tarkov: Downtown Tarkov houses banks, malls, and hotels, as well as all the other amenities a thriving metropolis could have needed. Terminal: The southern port Terminal has been under Russian Armed Forces control since the beginning of the Tarkov conflict. After the city was sealed off, the terminal was fortified and became the primary evacuation point, sought by both civilian refugees and PMC units. According to unconfirmed reports, TerraGroup personnel were also evacuated through this port. The Lab: Secret underground TerraGroup Labs facility hidden right under the center of Tarkov. Officially, this research center does not exist and, based on data scraps, is engaged in research and development as well as testing and simulation of projects in chemistry, physics, biology, and other high technology. The Labyrinths: A facility of one of TerraGroup's contractors, Knossos LLC. According to public sources, they build amusement and theme parks. However, this place looks more like a heavily fortified bunker than a new theme park. Woods: The Priozersk Nature Reserve recently became part of the state-protected wildlife reserves of the North-Western Federal District. A little lore: The metropolis of Tarkov was plunged into anarchy thanks to the Contract Wars. What was once a bustling city, is now roamed by rivalling scavenger gangs, former private military forces and black ops units. Who the fck is TerraGroup: The notorious TerraGroup international corporation is one of the many foreign companies responsible for the illegal activities and research within Norvinsk and one of the key players in the scandal that turned the prosperous frontier into a collapsed war zone. USEC is believed to act as a proxy private army, protecting the company from an investigation by any means necessary. TerraGroup is a transnational holding company whose subsidiaries engage in a wide range of activities. It incorporates over 40 large enterprises, represented by branch offices in over 120 countries of the world. Is a UK-based private limited company, a subsidiary of the TerraGroup international holding. The company officially deals in scientific research concerned with biotechnology applied in the agribusiness industry and farming and is strongly implicated in illicit activities across Norvinsk and Tarkov.
