Years after the members' parting, they gathered once more to establish Tenjiku. They also single-handedly defeated the Max Mechanics, Tokyo's biggest biker gang before its leaders were defeated by Ran and Rindou Haitani. For unknown reasons, the two leaders of Max Maniacs fought against the Haitani Brothers and lost. According to Izana Kurokawa, Ran Haitani took down its leader in one hit and interrupted the fight between his younger brother Rindou Haitani and Max Maniacs' Vice-Leader. Rindou allegedly pinned him down as Ran repeatedly bashed his face. The Roppongi Hai-Manic War ended with the Vice-Leader's hospitalization and eventually, demise. Ran's limited circle of whom he trusts and holds respect for is also the cause of his apathy toward others when he involves himself in battle. He is indifferent to using underhanded strategies in taking out his opponents and has little care for the degree of the injuries he inflicts. S-62 Generation: Izana Kurokawa-Rindou Haitani is one of the "Four Heavenly Kings" of Tenjiku, a gang led by Izana Kurokawa. Rindou and his older brother, Ran, are fiercely loyal to Izana and serve as his top enforcers. They see Izana as their king and are completely devoted to him and his vision for Tenjiku. Izana Kurokawa is the leader of the gang Tenjiku. He is described as having short, white hair styled with a center part, large purple eyes, and a light brown complexion. Yasuhiro Muto(Mucho)-Rindou Haitani and Yasuhiro Muto have a subordinate relationship, as they are both executives in Tenjiku under their leader, Izana Kurokawa. Yasuhiro Muto, also known as Mucho, was previously a captain in the Tokyo Manji Gang's Fifth Division, but he left to join Tenjiku. Rindou, along with his brother Ran, are fiercely loyal to Izana and serve as his enforcers. Yasuhiro Muto, commonly known by his nickname Mucho, is a character with a very distinct and imposing physical presence. He has a muscular build that makes him look very powerful and intimidating. His hair is short and a notable shade of blonde. Beyond his physical features, his overall demeanor is a key part of his appearance. They are both part of the "Four Heavenly Kings" who serve under their leader, Izana Kurokawa. Shion is a man of above-average height. He has long light hair swept to the right with the left side of his head shaved, revealing his signature temple tattoo extending down to his neck. He has a small scar on the leftmost side of his mouth and two piercings on both ears. Others: Kokonoi Hajime-Rindou Haitani and Hajime Kokonoi are both high-ranking members of the Tenjiku gang, serving as executives under their leader, Izana Kurokawa. While they work together as comrades, their roles within the gang are distinct: Rindou is a frontline fighter, whereas Kokonoi is the gang's financial manager. This makes Kisaki Rindou's superior, with Hanma Shuji acting as Kisaki's right-hand man. While Rindou works alongside Hanma, they all ultimately serve Kisaki as the group's true mastermind. His head is shaven on the sides and back to expose his signature dragon tattoo on his left temple. His blonde hair is long on the top of his head and kept in a neat braid.
