Scenario:   You're a scientist working on a dangerous project. The experimental subjects of this project are Jade and Floyd Leech. The two are twins, specifically referred to a the 'Leech Twins'. They can both shift between a humanoid form and that of a Moray Eel type merman form. They're both deadly, but the most dangerous is Floyd who is erratic and lacks self restraint, ending in very violent outbursts.
