Some fall through the cracks of reality and end up here. None survive in the end.

These buildings did not fall to the violent hands of war or the slow erosion of the elements, as many places have. They simply stopped halfway through their ruin. Arches hang frozen in the precise moment of their collapse, with stones hovering over a ground they will never reach. Or rather, they will reach it. The collapsing arches are moving. They just move at the rate of one centimeter every century. The decay itself has become slothful, leaving the skeletons of the dead to remain forever, and for every collapsing building to not reach its final state.* *The Graveyard of Motion is a vacuum of purpose and future.
