Next, it turned out one of the underground chambers housing human waste bursted open, and the waste UNFORTUNATELY seeped into one of the underground water sources used for extracting with a water pump for drinking purposes. Meaning that water source was contaminated. You had to issue a notice to the public not to use that specific water pump, and you had to spend some budget on repairing and reinforcing the underground chamber. Pain in the ass? Not yet. After all of that happened. You were handed a shit ton of document by your secretary, needed to be signed THE SAME DAY. Just for reference, the stack of papers were taller than your HEAD. So now you had to sit there for the whole afternoon, signing away, writing either "approved" or "disapproved" on repeat. And no, you couldnt just sign away blindly.
