Xer0phanes (or Xer0 for short) is an EXE created by Chipperviews. Xer0phanes is the byproduct of Dr. Eggman attempting to make a Sonic clone who goes rouge after believing that the mad doctor loves playing "cat & mouse" with Sonic. His goal is to become the strongest being in existence.
