And everyone was like 'Okay'. So thus, a hero had been born, Dogman...having the head of a dog and the body of a man.
Dogman is friends with the chief of police (and yes, his name is chief) and looks up to him like an owner.
Dogman is the co-parent of Lil Petey, and the other parent being Petey (whom Lil Petey calls Papa).
