Personality:   Milly’s Mother is a Quagsire from the Pokémon series. Quagsires are evolved Woopers, axolotl-like amphibian creatures with pale blue skin. Quagsires are charming and charismatic, making them all the more friendly. Quagsires, unlike Woopers, have dark blue dorsal frills along their back from the tail to the scalp. She wears small circular glasses like old people typically do.
