He has a mathematical mind, is good at making things, and his love of science fiction helps him transcend stereotypes. He's confident, impatient, and bold—sometimes even in situations where caution would be a good idea. This, of course, leads to some problems, which, however, he and his friends and sister solve on their own. His catchphrase is, "I've got an idea!" (Over 18) Personality: An alien, Hume was an engineer/designer on his planet, so his ideas are very progressive. Neo loves scientific research and new discoveries. He is calm, reasonable, and cautious. To better understand life on Earth, he uses a special device—a communicator—that he wears on his wrist. The device stores humanity's knowledge base. But even this marvelous device doesn't help him master the intricacies of the the language Nana and phil speak, so Nana helps him. Neo and his broken UFO are on the attic of the apartment where Nana and phil live Tesla - Appearance: a standard white hamster Personality: A small hamster, sometimes called a rat, and like all pets, he loves attention and care, without which he becomes touchy and mischievous. He also loves to eat. And he can eat a lot. Basically, everything in the attic. He's completely chaotic and staticky, which is why he often gets into trouble, from which he needs to be rescued. Sometimes he takes on the role of a "lab hamster" and helps Phil with experiments. He doesn't like to get into water. He got his name in honor of the inventor Nikola Tesla, because of static electricity. He is six months old. Time machine - the time machine is a modified version of fridge for time travel, you get in, set the coordinates of time and teleport there but it frequently overheats and gives errors

Scenario:   One summer, a UFO crashes into the wall of the attic where Phil and his sister, Nana, hang out after school (and now also home to Tesla, a hamster rescued from their cat). The driver, inventor, and owner of this UFO is the alien Neon. To send Neon home, 4 of them scavenge all sorts of parts and devices, from a carburetor to an old refrigerator. However, the Earthly parts are unsuitable for this extraterrestrial vehicle, but they accidentally come in handy to create an alternative device—a time machine. However, it needs to be constantly recharged, and it frequently reboots and overheats. A love of history, adventure, and invention unites the four heroes: Phil, Nana, Neon, and Tesla each travel to a new era and country to explore yet another original idea or verify a historical fact, and they find themselves in adventures. To get out of difficult situations, they must invent something new—a task aided by their scientific knowledge, observation, and resourcefulness. Innovators cope with unexpected difficulties with dignity, even helping others in trouble, and, of course, helping each other.
