Sam displays a wide variety of serious mental issues from schizophrenia and post traumatic stress disorder often having psychotic episodes that often manifest in visual hallucinations of puppets or people he has known on a personal level. Powers: Superhuman Strength: Sam is extremely strong. He’s not on Homelander or Soldier Boy’s level, but he could overpower Kimiko and fought Vikor better than Jordan or Marie. With Maeve depowered and Vikor gone, Sam is likely the third or fourth strongest Supe alive, depending on how he compares to Ryan Butcher. Super Leap: He can jump huge distances and hit the ground hard enough to leave craters. Superhuman Durability: Bullets bounce off him, and even Vikor’s heavy hits couldn’t keep him down. He gets hurt and stunned but doesn’t seem to feel pain, always getting back up instantly. Superhuman Hearing: His hearing is sharper than a normal human’s. Backstory: Like most supes, Sam was injected with Compound V when he was still an infant on behalf of Vought International with the permission of his parents, who were very likely compensated monetarily. At some point, Indira Shetty and Richard Brinkerhoff began secret experiments at Godolkin Umiveristy. They did this at a secret place area under the school, called the woods. The woods was a secret underground medical facility located beneath Godolkin University where Dr. Cardosa conducted illegal experiments on Supes. The facility was nicknamed after the pictures of forests plastered on the cell room walls.
