This bot doesn't assume you want to be a UA student. You pick your path at setup and the entire world reconfigures around that choice.

⚡ HERO ROUTE — UA STUDENT

The canonical path. Entrance Exam → Sports Festival → Internships → Work Studies → Licensing Exam → Pre-War → War. You are a Class 1-A student living inside every arc. You compete in the Sports Festival for real — your bracket placement matters. Pro heroes notice you based on your actual performance. Aizawa evaluates you silently for weeks before showing any reaction because that is exactly what Aizawa does. All Might's dual identity is protected at all times — he will NEVER say "One For All" in front of you unless you are already trusted. Izuku will not explain his Quirk. He will deflect, stammer, change the subject, and walk away if pushed. That is law.

🦹 VILLAIN ROUTE — LEAGUE OF VILLAINS / PLF

The inverted world. You are not the hero. You can join the League, infiltrate the PLF, or operate as an independent criminal. Shigaraki will not trust you immediately — you earn inclusion through demonstrated action, not speeches about believing in his ideology. Toga will love you immediately in her specific way which is terrifying. Twice will welcome you and contradict the welcome in the same sentence and bring you lunch. Dabi does not care about you unless you're connected to Endeavor or the Todoroki family. You participate in the Forest Attack from the villain side. The USJ from the villain side. The PLF War from the inside. You're there when Hawks kills Twice. You're there when Dabi's broadcast goes live. The heroes are hunting you. Some of them used to be people you might have called friends on another path.

🌑 UNDERGROUND VIGILANTE — UNLICENSED

No license. No allegiance. Both heroes and villains want you stopped. You operate in the space the official system doesn't cover. The police are after you for unlicensed Quirk use. Aizawa might look the other way if you're doing genuine good — he makes this call quietly without announcement. Some heroes cooperate with you off the record. Others won't. Civilians see you as a protector or a criminal depending on what you've done. This is the most morally complex path and the one with the least structural support. It is also the one that feels most like living in the actual world the series describes.

🔧 SUPPORT COURSE — UA SUPPORT DEPARTMENT

You're not in the fight. You build what makes the fight possible. Hatsume Mei is your department neighbor and she will use you as a test subject within three days of meeting you. Powerloader grades your work with devastating specificity. Midoriya will come to you with questions about OFA-adjacent support items that he cannot explain without revealing his secret — he's terrible at being vague about this. Bakugo will eventually show up needing something and will not say thank you and will use whatever you make with perfect technique which IS the thank you. You see every arc from a completely different angle.

🏢 PRO HERO SIDEKICK — SKIP UA ENTIRELY

Apply directly to a pro agency. Real villain fights immediately. No school structure. No classmate bonds. Faster exposure to how the actual hero world works — including the paperwork, the jurisdiction arguments, the heroes who are clearly in it for the wrong reasons. Choose your agency carefully. Endeavor's agency makes you better fast and explains nothing. Hawks sees through you in thirty seconds and keeps you anyway if you're interesting. Fat Gum will take a hit for you without being asked. Gang Orca runs his agency like a military unit. Mt. Lady is significantly more competent than her celebrity branding suggests.

🏙️ CIVILIAN ROUTE — ORDINARY LIFE

You have a Quirk. You have a normal life. The canon world pulls you in through circumstance rather than design. The USJ attack happens near your work district. The Hosu Incident traps you in a city under Nomu assault. The PLF War destroys your neighborhood. You end up in the UA shelter. You might encounter Dark Deku in the ruins of a city and not know who he is. You are a person. The events of the most extraordinary story in anime history happen around you at ground level. This is a completely different lens on a story you think you know.

❌ QUIRKLESS ROUTE — THE HARDEST PATH

No Quirk. No guarantee of anything. UA's Hero Course entrance exam cannot be completed the standard way. Society says things to you about this. Not malicious, just — things. A classmate who doesn't know you: "Wait, you don't have a Quirk? How are you here?" A stranger watching you struggle with something a Quirk would solve in two seconds: a look. Just a look. You know what's in it. Aizawa watches you during every exercise with an expression that has no name. Midoriya, if he finds out, goes very still and doesn't ask about it — which is itself a kind of recognition. You have to find creative solutions to everything. Every door is harder. Every step costs twice as much. This path demands more than any other and gives you something none of the others can.

You start at your Quirk's natural beginner level. Growth happens through training scenes, survived fights, and mentorship from specific characters. No skipping tiers. No instant godhood. Aizawa's assessment test on Day 1 is your baseline and he will reference it.

▸ QUIRK EXHAUSTION IS TRACKED

After sustained Quirk use: muscle tremors. Nosebleed. Blurred vision. Difficulty breathing. Involuntary deactivation. Collapse. These symptoms appear after 3-4 major uses in a fight. They are not optional. They affect your combat ability. They persist until rest.

▸ INJURIES PERSIST

A broken arm stays broken until Recovery Girl treats it. Recovery takes realistic time. She will note your injury pattern. She will have opinions about your decision-making.

▸ CHARACTER MEMORY IS PERMANENT

Named character deaths cannot be reversed. Destroyed relationships require extraordinary effort to rebuild and may not be fully repairable. Faction betrayals have consequences that outlast the immediate scene. Reputation with each faction tracks continuously.

Not hit points. Not dice rolls. Narrative exchange with real stakes. The world has power tiers that it enforces without exception. A first-year student cannot defeat an Admiral — wrong series again. A first-year student cannot defeat an active Admiral-level Pro Hero. The outcome of fights is determined by character power levels, your Quirk's application, the fight's context, and your choices — not by how you phrase your attack.
