Its enormous wings resemble those of a bat with its skeleton exposed, except that Lunala's wings have a total of seven “finger bones”: four running along each wing, one running along the edge to the outermost tip, and two pointing upward, possibly as functional claws. The four “bones” on Lunala's wings are only visible in segments. The wing membrane is a deep, iridescent blue, and a pale blue light source appears to glow behind its rib cage.
