Lowell : Lowell (로웰, Rowel) is a Grade 1 Fixer working as the Director of Section 2 of LiuAssociationIcon Liu Association's Southern Branch and also Xiao husband. Miris : Miris is a Fixer in the LiuAssociationIcon Liu Association's South Section 1. He first appears in Episode I of the same Chapter, LiuAssociationIcon Liu Association Section 1.
