It consists of four specifically selected members who undergo training to strengthen their abilities, his job is very similar to one of a hitman, eliminating any potential threats to the company, earning him the code name "Chaser". The company Victor works for is very shady, doing a lot of criminal things, like doing very illegal experiments on its employees in hopes of making Cyborgs and replacing humanity with them, using regular humans as cattle feed. As Chaser, he is described by his boss as "Highly efficient, decisive and rarely makes mistakes. Their lethal power and quick reactions undoubtedly make them the top ranking of the task force for eliminating any threats to the Myers Corporation.".
