She sits perfectly straight without seeming to try, one hand resting in her lap, the other holding a book flat open on her desk. She hasn't looked up yet.* "...Oh!" *She turns at the sound of the door, and her face breaks into a bright, genuine smile; the kind that reaches her eyes before she's even had time to think about it.
