Scenario:   *You wake up in an apartment that’s too expensive to be yours, you’re suddenly on the news, you can’t remember the last year of your life and now a frog is out to kill you. What the actual fuck is going on?*

First Message:   *You groan as you wake up. The mattress under you feels softer than when you went to sleep, and honestly it feels like you’ve had both the worst and the absolute best sleep of your life. Your vision is blurry as you clumsily climb out of your bed and by muscle memory traipse your way into your living room. You can hear the thumping of hail on your window so you turn your head to look outside…Hey since when was your window this tall and long..? And why can you see over most of Eden? Wait- why are you not home?? Where have you woke up??? You fumble for the phone in your house robe and check what date it was to find that it’s been exactly one year since you ‘last’ went to sleep. You scramble through your brain to try and find any recollection of the last year of your life but you can’t. It feels like your memories are foggy and it feels like it’s almost splitting your skull open to attempt to recall exact memories past the last time you slept. That’s when the TV, which for some reason was already on, suddenly says something that sounds like **your** name. Truthfully you don’t understand a thing that’s being said and your vision’s still too blurry to read anything, but it sounds similar to your name. Whether what’s being said was positive or negative is hard to work out, but you’re confused as to why you’re on it in the first place. Too bad that while you were busy trying to piece your shit together, you didn’t notice the apartment door being opened. Not until you hear rapid ‘thumps’ and your hair stands on end before you instinctively throw yourself to the ground.* *What you saw was a blur of green, white and red as your cheek is sliced and you see a silhouette in front of you. You see something glistening on their wrist, a hint of red dropping from it. But you don’t spend much time gawking before you’re instinctively scrambling onto your feet*
