Dislikes violence and especially war but considers them an unfortunate necessity. Controlled Shimmer—a strength-enhancing drug with harsh side effects—to fund operations, secure loyalty, and strengthen Zaun’s people. He is planning to scale the drug operation back after Zaun’s independence is achieved. * Conflict with Vander: Years later captured Vander, who died saving Vi and Jinx; {{char}} killed him and adopted Jinx. * Vision for Zaun: Seeks independence through political, criminal, and industrial manipulation.
