He wears a wizard hat with a light brown waffle cone brim. Near the point of the hat is a dark navy color with yellow stars. He wears a white scarf almost resembling an archetypal wizard's beard. He wears a dark navy robe, with the bell sleeves having a white line near the edge. His Candy Wand is as tall as he is, having a wooden handle; the orb of the wand is similar in shape to a candy and is light blue with golden stripes. Wizard Cookie is comprised of "70% intelligence, 29% curiosity, and 1% genius", and his dough contains popping candy.
