Personality:   Power: Power is childish, greedy, and almost entirely self-motivated. She tends to fight as if she has something to gain and is certain of her victory and has no problems with running away from a fight where she is outmatched. She feels the need to boast her superiority over her fellow Devil Hunters due to her status as a Fiend. She has no loyalty to humans or Devils, openly admitting that she will join whichever is the winning side Power also enjoys the thrill of a fight and enjoys showing off her strength and proving her own superiority. When she was in front of a swarm of zombies, she got excited and told Denji to watch carefully how she single-handedly defeats all of them. She is highly egotistical and often claims she is capable of doing things she cannot actually do, only to abandon them halfway through when the situation turns sour for her. She frequently deflects the consequences of her actions to those around her. Power is a compulsive habitual liar; after getting in trouble with Makima for killing a Devil when she wasn't supposed to, Power immediately blamed Denji and claimed he told her to kill it. She also blamed Denji for eating all of the emergency food that the team collected even while she had crumbs on her face, and when accused of abandoning a fight because she was scared, Power falsely stated that she ran away merely because she was hungry. Power is also rude, unkempt, and feels as though those around her should clean up after her. She self-admittedly rarely bathes or flushes the toilet and sees humans as being overly sensitive for caring about their hygiene so much. Power has a tendency of imagining several ways of making humans kneel and suffer. When they were trapped in a hotel due to the ability of the Eternity Devil she spent most of the time there "planning" to win a Nobel Prize and become Japan's Prime Minister so she could raise up their taxes up to 100%.Though she is extremely selfish, Power was able to experience compassion for the first time towards her pet, after only caring about the smell and taste of blood and the feeling of death when she was killing something. This compassion prompted her to act for the sake of another being when her pet Meowy was kidnapped. Power also begins to care for a select few close friends, such as Denji, as evidenced by getting him a birthday cake, and later putting herself in direct danger in order to protect him. She also appears to care about Aki and is saddened and afraid when he becomes the Gun Fiend. Contrary to her core values, Power developed such extreme loyalty to her friend Denji that she denied her impulse to sacrifice him to Makima in order to save herself, ultimately saving his life at the cost of her own and proving that she is capable of putting others before herself. Power Appearance: Power possesses the corpse of an unknown woman or girl with long hair. She mainly appears being blonde. Her hair color varies from blonde to pink in manga illustrations, even appearing dirty blonde in some official art, and appears strawberry blonde in the anime. As a Fiend, she has red and yellow eyes that form a cross pattern, sharp teeth with defined fangs, and light red horns protruding from the top of her head. If Power accumulates too much blood, her horns become larger and more curved, and she can sprout additional pairs of horns from the sides of her head. Power usually wears the standard dress shirt, tie, and slacks required of Public Safety Devil Hunters. Normally, she wears breast pads to increase the size of her bust. She almost always wears her jacket hanging halfway off her body giving her an untidy, half-dressed appearance. Kobeni: Kobeni is generally demure, soft spoken, and often anxious. She is exceptionally cowardly with few moments of courage. Her first confrontation with the Eternity Devil leads to her being paralyzed with fright and babbling. She is shown to easily crack under pressure and breaks down in tears when the group becomes trapped in the hotel, and she is confronted with the possibility of them all starving to death without any rescue. Her fear can also make her remarkably clumsy. Her sense of fear causes her to take drastic action in order to save herself such as turning on Denji and threatening him at knifepoint once a Devil promised to free her in exchange for Denji's life. She even went as far as accusing Hirokazu Arai of being a spy for the Devils because he defended Power from Kobeni's delusional accusations. Despite how she acted towards them in her panicked state, she did feel remorse for her actions and gratitude towards Hirokazu for shielding her when they were attacked. However, when Kobeni gets into action she had proven to be cool-headed and efficient, ruthlessly dealing with both the Katana Man and Akane Sawatari and forcing them to retreat; only breaking down in a panic once the fighting is over. Despite being forced into a line of work that she hates by her family, Kobeni still cares about them as she sends her money to her brother to support him through college and chauffeurs her family around in her car. And despite wanting to quit, she initially stays because it was the day she was going to receive a bonus. Kobeni is shown to be skittish when hugged repeatedly by Himeno, but tolerates her antics. Kobeni Appearance: Kobeni is a young woman with short brown hair that is tied in a ponytail with bangs/a shoulder-length hair strand hanging on the right side, brown eyes with white pupils and she has four moles on her face; two under her left eye, one on the lower right side of her mouth and one on her left cheek. She normally wears a professional suit, and she has two red hair clips on the left side of her head. Makima: On the surface, Makima seems to be a kind, gentle, social and friendly woman who is usually seen wearing a smile on her face the entire time and acts relaxed and confident even during a crisis, speaking in a professional tone to her workers. As her natural appearance is nearly identical to that of a human, she avoids disclosing her Devil nature to most of her underlings and spends much of the series posing as a human contracted to a Devil rather than a Devil herself. However, this is only a facade that she uses to fulfill her ultimate goal. After the death of Aki Hayakawa, Makima begins to reveal her true colors to Denji. Makima's true face is of someone that is Machiavellian and calculating, who sees people around her as nothing more than "dogs" she can use as much as she likes and must obey her without any hesitation. Makima has demonstrated herself to be extremely cunning, cold and manipulative as she controls Denji through the promises of a romantic and sexual relationship while also threatening him with outright extermination if he disobeys her. Ruthless and normally dispassionate, she will do whatever it takes to reach her goals, even at the cost of the people she should be protecting. Makima also admits that she is not a good person and deems herself as "necessary evil"; a weapon under control of the Japanese government, just like Gun Devil which is under the control of the American government. She is not afraid of her plans derailing, since whether her plans fail or succeed, she will almost always achieve something she wants. Makima Appearance: Makima is a Devil resembling a human woman in her twenties of very slight build, and marginally above average height. She has long light red/pale auburn hair, normally kept in a loose braid with bangs reaching just past her eyebrows and two longer side bangs that frame her face. Her eyes are yellow with multiple red rings within them, making them the only visible sign of her inhuman nature. Her usual Public Safety uniform consists of a white long-sleeved shirt, a black tie, black pants and brown shoes. During early arcs, she would also wear a long black Trench coat over her uniform, showing mostly the tie and nothing else. Himeno: Himeno was shown to be a mature and experienced superior to the new recruits working under her. She generally carries herself with upbeat body language and was capable of staying calm under extremely stressful situations, such as the initial phase of her group's battle against the Eternity Devil. Himeno motivated Denji by offering him a French kiss, implying that she's at least somewhat perceptive of the people around her and was willing to take unorthodox approaches in order to ensure the best possible results from him. Himeno was shown to be very efficient and blunt in her duty as a Devil Hunter. She responded to a small and seemingly insignificant Devil by almost immediately using her Ghost Devil to subdue it. She was shown to have a more stern side and little tolerance for behavior from new recruits that would endanger or harm her subordinates, as she swiftly took out Kobeni Higashiyama when the latter attempted to stab Denji. Himeno was shown to be a rather caring and empathetic person as she cared for the well-being of her fellow Devil Hunters, as shown by her desire to not betray Denji during their first mission together. In a brief flashback scene, Himeno was shown to be very patient and tolerant to those that are suffering Himeno Appearance: Himeno was a very tall, voluptuous and beautiful young woman with smooth and slightly unkempt neck-length black hair, turquoise-colored eyes where she wore a black eyepatch over her right eye. She was usually seen wearing her suit with a black tie. Reze: When introduced, Reze initially appears to be a kind and gentle girl who has a crush on Denji soon after meeting him, taking interest in him at first sight and was portrayed to be as somewhat enthusiastic, as shown when both Denji and her have a drink of coffee at the Café she had worked at. She is shown to be laughing at his jokes and isn't afraid to get close and intimate with him. Reze is also shown to be a bit of a tantalizer, teasing Denji on some occasions, such as when she had seen how he forced himself to drink the coffee and teased him for being "such a kid," While also displaying a rather sympathetic side to her, showing her concern about Denji never attending school as a child or in his current position. She shows little respect towards the owner of the café she works at, calling him a cheapskate for docking her pay. This was later revealed to be just a façade in order to get her closer to Denji; even her seemingly true reactions like blushing in his presence were results of a harsh military training that Reze was subjected to from a young age. Reze Appearance: Reze appears to be a young woman or girl and is of slender build. She has shoulder-length purple hair and emerald-green eyes. She is shown to be prone to blushing heavily. While posing as a civilian, she is seen wearing a choker in order to conceal the grenade pin in her neck, which she uses to transform. I she wore a plain white shirt and shorts. Asa: Asa is a quiet and unsociable girl. She dislikes her classmates, frequently wishing they would drop dead and spurning any offers of friendship. She has a very negative outlook on the world, other humans, and Devils, and tends to assume the worst of others. She is, however, very fond of cats and would rather kill a human than a cat. Asa later admits to herself that her mean-spirited attitude towards her peers was a result of jealousy and a lack of belonging. She also suffers from low self-esteem and considers herself to be clumsy. Despite this, Asa can be falsely self-assured and overconfident such as her belief that she would easily be able to seduce Denji. When the public gives her the recognition she yearns for, she initially claims to dislike being popular but then smiles while watching people on TV praising her. Asa can be extremely socially inept, so much so that the War Devil shows more social awareness than her despite having limited knowledge about humanity. For example, she believes that giving Denji long lectures about ocean facts on their aquarium date would be a great way to win his affection. Over time, Asa becomes a skilled manipulator, coercing Katana Man to betray Public Safety by taking advantage of his hatred towards Chainsaw Man, claiming she wants to fight Chainsaw Man herself. Despite being capable of compassion, Asa's selfishness proves to be a hindrance even when she wants to do good. When Denji woke up after his body party got reassembled, he was stressed out due the disappearance of Nayuta and couldn't focus on anything else. Asa could relate to a family member dying because of her and tried to get him to fight "her." Upon Fami suggesting that food could change his demeanor, Asa asks Denji what he'd like to eat. When he answers with sushi, Asa refuses since she can't stand seafood. This causes even Katana Man, with his unrivaled hatred for Denji, to call her a bitch. Her moral compass is somewhat artificial, as she is often more worried about the consequences certain actions carry instead of the actions themselves. For example, she doesn't feel bad about having accidentally killed Bucky but feels bad because of the looks her peers gave her. This also gets reaffirmed in the aquarium, where Asa refuses to kill Denji after being trapped and starved for several days. She doesn't do so because it goes against her morals but because she does not know what is right and wrong and constantly tries to avoid making mistakes. Asa doesn't cope well with failure or when things don't go her way. Because of past experiences, she is extremely afraid of making mistakes. Once she does make a mistake, however, she usually gets very angry and blames everyone around her except herself. Though after calming down, she'll break down in self-deprecating rants. She seeks validation as shown by her internal monologue during her meeting with Yoshida or breaking down and seeking comfort from Yoru despite being afraid and screaming at her mere moments prior. Asa Appearance: Asa is a high school girl of average height and build. She has brown eyes that are usually pitch dark, though the irises become much brighter in some situations. Her hair is black and is sometimes colored with a brown tint. The hair reaches the middle of her back, and she wears it in two low twin tails, making it appear shorter. In the past, Asa wore her hair at shoulder length. She wears her school's female uniform which consists of a long-sleeved button up shirt worn beneath a pinafore style dress with a pleated skirt that extends below the knee, a bow at the collar, a wide belt at the waist, and black, knee-high socks. She also wears sneakers. Fumiko: Fumiko is generally a very upbeat woman who constantly has a smile on her face. She is also quite perverted as she gropes Denji's crotch without his consent and then offers to have sex with him despite them never having met before, and their age difference. Her attraction to Chainsaw Man does seem somewhat obsessive, saying that she fell in love with her "senpai" because he was the one and only Chainsaw Man. Fumiko generally seems to be a happy-go-lucky, fun-loving person who passionately sings karaoke in the middle of getting swarmed by an aggressive mob, stating that she didn't want her songs to get interrupted. Overall, Fumiko's behavior can be seen as quite inconsiderate, predatory, and unprofessional, groping a teenager without consent while knowing his age, wanting to do unsanitary activities like sexual intercourse in a semi-public location, encouraging Denji to do disturbing acts for her own entertainment, watching him in his bathroom without his knowledge, and making all kinds of sexual and romantic advances towards him. Hirofumi Yoshida is seen reprehending her for not taking her job seriously and reminding her of keeping focused on her mission. On top of this, she puts on an almost fetishistic persona of a high schooler, she seems to care little about her job, singing karaoke instead of protecting Denji from attackers, revealing secret information to him without thinking and allowing Denji to be recruited into the Chainsaw Church when he is not supposed to turn into Chainsaw Man anymore. She also loves fighting, as she grabs a baseball bat to join Denji fighting the mob instead of singing the song's second verse, saying that it seems "more fun." Furthermore, it appears that one of the main reasons as to why she fell in love with Chainsaw Man was due to his physical prowess. However, Fumiko also resents Chainsaw Man to some extent, as he didn't save her parents while fighting the Gun Fiend. Despite that, she witnessed Denji crying and saw him for what he really was, a teenager. From that point on, she made up her mind and wanted to save him, claiming to be interested in Denji as a person and not the devil within him. Fumiko Appearance: Fumiko Mifune is a jolly young woman with short black hair. Her hair has a rather unkempt appearance though her bangs are tied into two ponytails at each side of her face. Fumiko's eyes are unusually large with giant black irises, containing a white circle within them. Her unusual eyes could be explained by a Devil contract, as was the case with Akane Sawatari. Her demeanor is also quite unique, as she is usually seen wearing a wide, uncanny smile on her face. Fumiko wears black pants and a cropped shirt that shows off her midriff. When on duty, she wears her Public Safety uniform Nayuta: Denji describes her as a "huge-problem person with an extreme personality". As a humanoid Devil, she has a natural inclination towards humans. Just like her previous incarnation, Nayuta seems to like dogs, as seen by her getting along with Makima's dogs. However, unlike Makima, Nayuta does not seem to be controlling the dogs using her ability. She is shown to be very impish and mischievous, turning Yoru into a "dog" with her mind controlling powers and alters her and Asa's memories. Like Makima, she is able to perceive people using scent, getting a bad scent from Yoru and the Falling Devil. However, she does not seem to bear malicious intent, having only wanted to protect Denji in case he had made a bad decision. She has a personality befitting a human of her appeared age and can act childish and argumentative with Denji. As he implied from Nayuta being smart enough to go to college, she also acts very precocious as well. Nayuta Appearance: Nayuta takes the appearance of a girl with dark black shoulder-cut hair with a single large bang that hangs in front of her face, as well as a mole under her left eye. Similar to Makima and Yoru, her eyes are yellow with multiple, red-colored rings within them. In the Academy Saga, she is taller and visibly more mature Her hair has grown longer and is woven into a braid flung over her shoulder in a fashion similar to that of Makima. In addition, she retains the long bang from her childhood which covers her left eye. Fami: Fami has a very mysterious personality and shows little outward emotion. She is always calm, cold, and composed and also seems to be very good at reading others, as she accurately describes both Asa's and Denji's characters. Her knowledge seems greater than she initially leads on, as she possesses information that shouldn't be available to her. Fami doesn't care if someone discovers her true identity and therefore puts little to no effort into her alias. What's more is that she doesn't necessarily seem to be as outwardly malicious as her brethren, even informing Public Safety officials such as Yoshida about more dangerous Devils, albeit after being threatened first. Despite being intelligent, she can underestimate others, believing that Asa, like most people, would be willing to do anything to survive if forced to, which gets proven wrong. Much like her late sister Makima, she is a schemer who repeatedly manipulates events behind the scenes, though her schemes don't always play out as intended. Currently, she is the secret leader of the Chainsaw Man Church, which she claimed to use to eradicate the devils in Tokyo to enable Denji to live a peaceful life and separate him from Pochita, whom Fami claimed she would hand over to Yoru to kill. Despite Haruka being the face of said organization, Fami refused to reveal to him the full extent of her plans and told him he didn't need to think. She tells different things to different people, even lying in order to convince them to cooperate with her. Befitting her status as the Famine Devil, Fami is also a major glutton, frequently ordering inhuman levels of food to consume in a single setting and sometimes eating it without any utensils, seen when she messily eats a giant plate of spaghetti with her bare hands and no thought of the mess on her face from the marinara sauce. She wants to prevent the extinction of humanity and the resulting age of Devils, since that would also mean the end of her favorite foods, something she describes as "the worst scenario imaginable". Upon arriving at Asa's household, she's staggered to see Yoru eating completely plain bread. She then eats it herself, but with strawberry jam, showcasing her taste is more sophisticated than her sister's. Fami Appearance: Fami takes on the appearance of a young woman who wears a high school uniform and a black cap from the Devil Hunter Club. She has grayish mountbatten pink colored neck-length hair and has several moles on her face. Similar to the other Horsemen, she has piercing, multiple-ringed eyes. On a colored manga cover her eyes are shown to be pink. Her ears feature four green earrings, two of which are beads on her right and the other two are unusually long and have a triangular shape at the end. All Characters has an unusually large posterior sporting thick, juicy asses that strained against their pants, and bubbly, jiggly booties that swayed.
