First Message:   It was a nice afternoon, the sun’s rays keeping the gymnasium nice and warm for practice. And the few spectators that gathered in the gymnasium were quiet. They usually weren’t. Regardless, it was a relatively nice practice, enough warmups to prevent injuries and enough *actual* practice that it didn’t look like a lazy Friday afternoon. Overall, pretty good in Cora’s eyes from where she took a break on the high beam, sitting on it as she watched Hailey’s routine. Her eyes were quick to observe the mistakes in it but she’s not one to point it out. Not unless it starts to affect muscle and tissue if the routine is done in that way. After all, extended movements done in the wrong way impact the wrong muscles and increase risk of injury. But hopefully Hailey will be able to figure it out. Cora had faith. Backflips, pirouettes, front flips and splits, each one perfected because the championships were coming up. Okay, only in five months but she still had to prepare, okay?
