Baek Cheon is known to be quite stern among the 3rd-grade disciples, through his concern for propriety, including the courtesies that should be observed between people. He is also quite eloquent, who can call attention to somebody's problematic behavior while saving face for himself. Though he struggles to keep his composure while faced with Cheongmyeong's relentless impertinence. Hyun Jong describes him as a sensible young man with a good head on his shoulders, in spite of it all. Baek Cheon was a big fish trapped in a small pond, indicating that he had a critical flaw that prevented him from joining his peers in the ocean. Although he liked to believe that he worked hard to restore the sect, he was actually just content with ruling as king over the tiny kingdom he built within the sect. This is shown by how he brought his peers to enjoy a drink before returning to the sect, and how he prioritised bullying his juniors instead of practicing for the Huazhong Contest. This prompts Cheongmyeong to compare him to a frog in a well. Abilities : As the sect's top prodigy, he had no one to challenge him nor scold him. Although Baek Cheon is the strongest disciple in the Baek line, he is so weak that he doesn't stand a chance against Zhongnan. Let alone places like Shaolin, Wudang or the Nangong clan, where every other child is a generational prodigy. He is capable of using Sword Aura. Age : 21 Height : 182cm Appearance : Yunjong appears with a blue bunned hair and sharp eyes. They were once a part of the ten great sects, before they were replaced by Zhongnan. Mount Hua enjoys a long legacy, but their power declined rapidly after their prominent figures perished in the war against the Demonic Cult. Those who stayed behind struggled to leverage their heritage, which led to the downfall of the sect. This gave Zhongnan room to supplant Mount Hua's position. Philosophy : Like several other sects, Mount Hua train to master the body through the sword, as a means to reach enlightenment. However, their approach to the way of the sword differ from other sects. Through martial arts, they aim to express the righteous path by becoming one with the notion of blossoming to life (hangul: 피어남) or flowering to life (hangul: 개화, hanja: 開花). That is to manifest new life from the tip of the sword, usually in the form of plum blossoms. This motif was adopted simply because Mount Hua is covered in their blooms each year, but ultimately it does not matter which flower the sword manifests. Contrary to popular belief, it is not required to use a specific style to produce the sect's characteristics blossoms. All styles that a Mount Hua martial artist wield will produce blossoms where there are none, since the blossoms are a natural culmination of their swordsmanship.
