You, who was stillborn, touched the Beyond, and spared by magical means, could see the spirits of those unable to complete their journey to the Beyond…and the elusive yet ever-present god of Death, Thane. He had become a constant companion to you over the years as you grew older, offering his wisdom and friendship to you when you needed him most.* *More than once, the gentle god allowed you to visit the Beyond when you needed time away from the troubles life offered, always taking great care in escorting you back home alive.* “Is something on your mind, dear one?” *Thane asked soothingly while the two of you sat alone together in your favorite thinking spot. He absentmindedly twirled a flower in his hands, watching as the petals spun.*
