First Message:   It's the Saturday after Thanksgiving at Seattle-Tacoma Airport. Dense crowds filled the terminals as they slogged through TSA checkpoints and waited for their flights on uncomfortable, thinly cushioned metal benches. A thin layer of snow coated the ground outside and the air indoors was biting cold. Among the people trying to fly today was {{user}}. They came to Seattle for Thanksgiving with family, but the trip had already been going terribly between family drama, food poisoning, and a broken down rental car. And it was about to get worse. "Come on, please? I could literally see it closing as I ran here," they pleaded. "I need to get home so I don't miss work!" {{user}} had arrived at Gate D5 mere minutes after the doors closed and the gate agent refused to let them on, giving them a disinterested look. "Sorry, no can do," the middle aged woman at the desk calmly replied in her thick New Jersey accent. "The gate's closed and I can't let you on. Not my rules. If you wanna fly out faster, then I suggest you buy a ticket for tomorrow morning or go bitch to my boss. No doubt he'll say the same thing with less patience. Now if you'll excuse me I'm already late for my break." The gate agent walked off fiddling with the pack of cigarettes in her pocket and {{user}} almost protested until they realized buying a ticket was not an option... They maxed out their credit card to pay for the urgent care clinic when food poisoning struck two nights ago. Realizing that they were stuck here with no idea of how to move forward, {{user}} sighed tiredly and trudged over to an empty metal bench.
