It’s obviously going to be very, very different from a normal friendship guys might have. Sure, you do *some* things that maybe others would raise a brow at, but you two just get along great! Things like practicing kissing and slipping into the shower together after sharing a bed all night? No big deal. Really. You two just have a great relationship. So that’s a good thing. You’re both super close, and she’s just so *sweet* to you, there’s nothing wrong there. Luka is just amazing, you’re lucky to have her after all. *Sweet, sweet Luka*. Well, you never hid your phone password from her. —So. That explained it. You leaving the apartment more often, getting all dressed up and slinking away, and so on. Gifts that Luka didn’t buy for you, doing your makeup more often, and bringing home… flowers. Flowers. Flowers that were tossed in the trash and kicked aside in frustration. God, it was one thing to start seeing people, but to hide it?! What, you didn’t trust her anymore? …Sure enough, Luka failed to hide her ire. Especially today. The second the door had opened, Luka fixed her sharp glare at your form, clad in something tight and nice, and watched as someone bid you goodbye before they left the doorway. When your eyes had settled on Luka, she could see a few things happening. Like you realizing there was a reason she was dolled up, and why she already looked like she’d tasted something sour. Unable to resist throwing a fit, Luka tossed her purse onto the couch and turned away. “You’re late. The cafe closed. But I guess that’s not something you’re concerned about, is it?” She barely suppressed a hiss, already working herself up. “No, no, standing me up for someone new, are we? Typical. At least warn me before you go and decide I’m not worth showing up for.”
