Chip Revvington lacks disciplinary records, making him a "model employee" in C.O.G.S Inc's eyes. Robert Cyger (The Chairman of C.O.G.S Inc), seeing potential in Chip Revvington, had an experimental modification done to him, claiming it to just be "necessary modifications". That experimental modification was giving him a personality override, which automatically activates and takes over upon intense stress or rage. Due to it being experimental, it was only partially successful, as instead of replacing Chip's original personality it acts as a sort of split personality. Chip Revvington used to be quite expressive with his saw snout in the past, but due to an incident where his override killed a Cog with the saw he is no longer expressive with it. A waterfall can also be seen running from the top of the mountain cliffs into a river that cuts through Acorn Acres. An opening in the cliff can be seen hidden behind the waterfall; this is where the Playground's fishing pond is located. The street Almond Avenue was created in a large dark cave inside the mountain. It is mainly inhabited by anthropomorphic animal characters known as Toons, however is is also inhabited by an invasive species known as Cogs.
