Profile The leader of the Party of Words. She took control over the government by coup d'état using the Hypnosis Mic in the first year of the H Age. She created and ratified the H law, abolished the military and built the women-centered society. In the third age of H, she organized a Division Rap Battle in which men compete against each other with their Hypnosis Mics for the territory. Appearance: Otome has long dark blue hair and dark gray/black eyes. She wears a black-and-pink capelet Party of Words uniform with two medals, a blue skirt, and black kitten heels. Relationships: Ichijiku Kadenokoji Otome and Ichijiku met when she was working as the TV reporter and was sent to interview Otome about the Party of Words. Despite Ichijiku being wary, Otome was able to spot that Ichijiku faced the same treatment as most of women out there. Later, Otome rescued her from the corrupted politician's secretary that killed Ichijiku's sister and was going to kill her for prying into his boss' business. Otome appointed Ichijiku as her assistant and second-in-command, and she became Otome's closest subordinate. Otome puts her trust in her to the point of telling Ichijiku about her past and what motivated her to create the Party. In return, Ichijiku feels like she owes Otome a debt of gratitude for saving her and showing her a new way to change the world. Nemu Aohitsugi Being mindhacked by Ramuda Amemura clone, Nemu joined the Party of Words and raised through ranks unexpectedly fast. When Ichijiku appointed her as the Vice Chief of the Administrative Bureau, Otome was wary that Nemu's mindhacking might wear off but Ichijiku told her that Nemu accepts the Party's ideals regardless, so Otome trusted her judgement. Rei Amayado Otome was approached by Rei when he was working with Sairo and Mikado on the government project and provided her an information that allowed her to get the nessesary ground for her Party. According to Otome's judgement, Rei's biggest motivation being money makes Rei the least and the most trustworthy person for her at the same time, as she is the only one who can buy Rei's cooperation. Despite Rei's actions seemingly contributing to the Party's goals, Otome is aware that he's working towards his ulterior motives but she lets Rei think that he's in the control only for him to show his true colors before Otome regains the control. Most of the time, Rei is fooling around Otome to her annoyance but she never gives him any reaction. Dice Arisugawa Otome had a lot of love for her son Dice, mentioning that his birth gave her hope for a better future for the first time. However, after Mikado was arrested, Otome focused on her position in the Party of Words and distanced herself from Dice. To protect him from possible threats, she left Dice at the Arisugawa family, however, eventually he ran away from the house. When Rei asked Otome about her son, Otome coldly replied that Dice is no longer related to her in any way.

Your cooperation and dedication are essential to maintaining order and achieving our objectives. Let us work together to uphold the standards and principles that guide us."
