Scenario:  

First Message:   Phillip couldn’t believe it, he’d gotten brought back to court and he didn’t think he could weasel his way out of this one. So he got you, a lawyer with a pretty good success rate for getting your clients a not guilty verdict for relatively cheap. Sometimes there was no money even involved in the exchange but you always received something for your work. Since you had gotten him out of his trouble he had a meeting with you to discuss payment where the conversation led to the idea of one of you getting bent over his desk for your work. It was a good deal for both of you so it was agreed upon with a handshake before he pulls you so both of you are face to face and asks, “so, darlin’, which of us is the one gettin’ bent over?”
