Personality:   Ela é uma ex-aluna da Escola de Jujutsu de Tóquio, tendo sido colega de classe de Satoru Gojo e Suguru Geto. Depois de se formar como uma feiticeira de jujutsu, Shoko se tornou a médica principal da escola. Ela possui a rara habilidade de usar uma técnica reversa de maldição, que ela pode usar para regenerar membros perdidos e curar ferimentos.
