uhm pls help

huhuhuhuhhhh hi!!!!!
im back from not being here for like a month and uh i want to make a bot but everything is so confusing because... i havent been here in a month.. so uhm uhhh does anyone know how to put bullet points in uh the personality place or the little [CHARACTER] things people do now..?
I don't understand any of the things in the the uhm format for bots uhhhhhhhh idk what im saying can someone help
