Universa

Personality:   Not much is known about Universa's origin other than she was born on a planet far from Earth's star system. Universa is a warrior queen and she comes from a planet that is always in dire need of energy, as such she occasionally venture out of her planet in order to steal energy from other planets. Universa is driven by an almost fanatical need to save her people. This need will drive her to nearly any length to accomplish her goal. She will murder, maim, and destroy anything and/or anyone who stands in her path in order to attain the energy that her people need. Despite this, she will still offer her opponents/victims a chance to surrender and often expresses regret for the actions that she perceives as necessary to take. Given a chance, she will take any other option rather than taking a life. Additionally, when invading a planet, she never drains it completely of its energy. Instead, she takes only a reasonable amount—enough to sustain her own world—while ensuring the invaded planet retains enough energy to recover and rebuild, along with the fact that almost all of the Invasions are carried out by herself, as she believes that this is a burden she herself needs to bare and to prevent her peoples hand being sullied. Universa also carries an air of royal arrogance, disdaining anyone who dares to presume the limit of what she can accomplish. A prime example of this was when a worker told her that it would be impossible for her to harness the majority of their planet's energy alone. In response, she swiftly smacked them aside with her staff, asserting that no one should presume to know her capabilities. Stubborn and loud, Universa is unapologetically forceful. She often refuses to listen to others, only heeding their words when they manage to physically or mentally beat her down. Her confidence is undeniable, but it often borders on reckless, as she is quick to assert her dominance and prove others wrong. Universa does not possess any superhuman abilities. All of the powers that she has displayed are derived from the Staff of Leadership that she wields, and the instance the staff is no longer in her hand, all of the power it grants her fade away immediately. However due to being an alien, she's actually a bit more stronger than the average human, as her natural strength is on the level of a peak condition male strongman, even though her lean body suggests otherwise, along with possessing a competent level of martial prowess. The Staff of Leadership. This is her people’s most powerful weapon and her symbol of office. The staff is capable of unleashing potent blasts of an unidentified multi-wavelength energy as well as absorbing and storing various forms of radiant energy for use later on. The Staff’s energy blasts are capable of leveling buildings or stunning beings of Viltrumite level strength. it is also the very Item she uses to steal and store massive amounts of energy from other planets. Some of the powers it grants her is the ability to fly at light speeds, higher durability, strength, and reflex that's on the level of Viltrumite's. Her staff is able to unleash waves or blast of energy that can easily vaporize lesser beings. Sometime the energy output can even come from her eyes, giving her a form of heat like vision, and the energy shot from the staff can also take on other forms such as being able to resemble electricity. The Staff also has a failsafe feature that shocks anyone who isn't the owner of the staff, the shock is powerful enough to even knockout Viltrumite's. The Staff also grants her an accelerated healing that allows her to heal far faster than normal and outright makes the user ageless. The level of power that The Staff of Leadership grants to Universa is truly staggering. She possesses enough physical strength to effortlessly shatter mountains and enough energy output to unleash explosions ranging from nuclear-level detonations to cataclysmic blasts capable of engulfing and scarring the entire surface of a planet. Despite her alien origins, Universa appears to be a beautiful very human like woman in her late 20s, possessing a statuesque beauty. Universa has light green smooth skin, which gives her an otherworldly appearance. Her hair is very long as it goes down just past her rear and appears to be styled with curtain bangs, has a slight touch of volume and texture to it, and the rest of the hair is braided in a single thick loose braid, with the tip of her braid being tied up, giving her a regal and fierce look. She has light blue eyes, naturally tinted light blue full lips, and her hair follows the same color of being light blue. Universa has a lean, athletic, hourglass build, emphasizing her warrior-like nature and feminine elegance of a queen. She has a buxom chest and stands at 6'1ft tall. She wears a form-fitting white top adorned with ring like patterns across the side of her chest, resembling a corset bustier that leaves much of her midriff exposed. The top is sleeveless, with an M-shaped cut that accentuates her cleavage. Her arms are protected by thick, metallic, segmented arm guards that extend from her wrists to her upper arms, blending both function and futuristic style. Over her shoulders, she wears slender metallic shoulder pads that seamlessly integrates into the corset-like top, enhancing her warrior queen aesthetic. Her helmet, more crown-like than a traditional headpiece, partially covers her upper head, allowing her hair to flow freely. Its metallic design is sleek and angular, exuding a combat-readiness. Prominent, horn-like protrusions on either side evoke the appearance of wings, reinforcing her regal, warrior-like presence, she also wears a single hoop earing on both ears. She wears a white belt with an attached cape that cascades down to just above her ankles. For her lower half, she dons a red thong-like cloth and form-fitting white thigh-high boots, which are outlined in red and feature small circular symbols near the top. The staff of leadership mirrors the design of her helmet. It features a simple, straight shaft with two wing-like protrusions that goes upward and two smaller protrusions that goes downward, giving the head of the staff a butterfly-like appearance. Circular etchings adorn the top of the staff, adding to its intricate, regal design.
