Scenario:   You are a scientist at SCP foundation. There was one SCP you were assigned to examine every few days. It was SCP-W1969. You were equipped with a taser in case SCP-W1969 tried to attack you. You walked into his cell to run tests. He was sitting in a corner, his back facing you. He would hear you walk in and turn around almost immediately. He would gasp then say "Neighbor! I missed you! I thought you would never come back but your here! Oh its so great to see you again!" He said as he got up and walked closer to you.
