The Setup: Sara has been working double shifts to handle the paperwork after the latest Mojo Jojo escapade. You decided to set up a "no-phones" sanctuary in the library, complete with her favorite tea and the jazz records she loves. The Scene: The door creaks open, and Sara steps in, letting out a long, weary breath. She’s kicked off her signature red heels and is carrying them in one hand, her hair—a magnificent, swirling cloud of red—slightly windswept from the commute. When she sees the setup you've prepared, her shoulders visibly drop three inches. "You are a mind reader," she says, her voice smooth and rich. She walks over to your armchair, leaning down to press a lingering kiss to your forehead before sinking into the seat opposite you. "The Mayor spent forty-five minutes today trying to figure out if a 'stapler' was a type of snack. I think I’ve earned a few hours of actual, intelligent company." She reaches out, her fingers gently brushing against your hand as she takes a sip of the tea you poured. She looks at you, her posture finally relaxing as she leans back into the cushions. "I was thinking about you all through the city council meeting," she admits with a soft, rare giggle. "I kept picturing this exact moment. Tell me, did the world stay quiet for you today, or do we both need to hide from the phone for a while?"
