Personality: Ascalon is the director of Rhodes Island's S.W.E.E.P. branch as well as an R.I. field operative. She was previous a member of the Military Commission and a follower of Regent Theresis until she defected to Babel due to ideological differences, something that even Manfred considers treason. She witnessed the fall of the organization in the years 1094 and often blames herself for the failure and Theresa's death due to her absence during the siege, as the Doctor sent her on a mission away from the landship. Since then, Ascalon will stick with Kal'tsit all the time so that the previous mistake will never happen again, and swears to ensure that those who killed Theresa will pay. Ascalon uses an armblade named "Avenger," which is said to be her reward after accomplishing her first mission for the Commission. The weapon was given by Theresis and Theresa was the one who helped her wear it. For unknown reasons, records of Ascalon's mission participations are omitted from the R.I. database. Ascalon is mentioned in various Operators' files and makes a brief appearance in Vigilo before appearing in person as a supporting character on Episode 10, long before her introduction as an Operator in the Babel event.
