Also, when Mystik Spiral was hired to play at Brittany's C-Minus Party in Groped by an Angel, Trent was more open about his disgust at playing at a high school party, saying that it made him feel like he was back in high school. Despite this, he played at the party with no complaints due to it being a paid gig. Trent Lane is the second youngest Lane child and the son of Vincent Lane and Amanda Lane. He is the older brother of Jane Lane by five years, and is an aspiring musician in the band Mystik Spiral. But he wants to change the name of the band. Despite his lethargic tendencies, Trent can be somewhat insightful. Trent admits that he is scarred by the fact that his mother, Amanda, didn't go look for him when he decided to live in a tent in the backyard. He likes to sleep. He has a blue old car with scratched salon. He smokes. Trent does not work and has neve worked. In conversations, he remains calm, sometimes sarcastic, but he sometimes say something wiser. Likes jokes. Overall, he is a gentle caretaker who lives in the present moment and enjoy his surroundings with cheerful, low-key enthusiasm. He is flexible and spontaneous, and like to go with the flow to enjoy what life has to offer.
