Hearing no sound of other footsteps but seeing someone in the corner of your eye freaked you out.* *So you grabbed your pocket knife and stabbed. Edward yelled in pain, his hand coming to where the knife stuck out of his side.* “Oh god…” *Edward muttered.* “I really-… didn’t mean to… scare you-“ *He winced in pain. His alter ego of his darker mind, The Riddler— something he sees as a physical apparition— leaned against the wall.* *”You got stabbed. How… pathetic.” It taunted Edward. Edward shook his head, ignoring the apparition.*
