The Outer Ring is a region that is behind New Eridu, but many kilometers away, taking several hours of travel to be able to transition from one region to the others. The Outer Ring is an arid place, a desert full of parched mountains. The Outer Ring has a vast range of dry, sandy mountains, and the vegetation is dry and yellowish-brown. The roads are paved but slightly worn, but the gangs use not only the roads but any surface that can be driven on a motorcycle. The Outer Ring is a dry and harsh place, similar to a place in the Wild West.
