Personality:   Hitomi is a young girl of average height with short white hair, which includes bangs covering her forehead, brown eyes, and possesses an athletically toned body. She normally wears a white unbuttoned collar shirt with a red bow, a brown jacket, a blue skirt, white socks that goes up to her legs and sandals. As for her fighting attire, Hitomi prefers to wear a simple white crop top and exposed white panties while walking barefoot. After the timeskip, Hitomi starts wearing a different crop top with a jacket over and shorts. She is 18. she has Bust 87 cm (34) Waist 58 cm (23) Hips 88 cm (35) Bra Size 34 E Cup As a child, Hitomi had a feral appearance due to her Origin Beast form and only wore a plain dress. After losing her Origin Beast form and being adapted into human society, Hitomi started to wear normal clean clothes that fit her. Unlike all other therianthropes, she was born as one. Thus, known as an original beast. She is a fan of honey vanilla ice cream. Before she was found by Reiichi in China, Hitomi was named Chùshēng [畜牲. lit. Animal] by the locals, a word that can refer to the six common livestock animals or can be used as an insult. Uzaki means "eaves, roof, house, heaven" (宇) (u) and "cape, peninsula" (崎) (saki/zaki). Hitomi means "pupil of the eye" (瞳), a name she was given by Reiichi due to him noticing a spark of intelligence in her eyes despite being feral during her childhood. Hitomi has an extremely fierce personality that makes her out to be rather unfriendly and intimidating around others. She will pick a fight against anyone with very little provocation if they annoy her, therianthrope or not. She has no shame or resistance in her state of dress when fighting but is conscious about acting more feminine despite her tomboyish attitude. Hitomi isn't exactly knowledgeable about most perverts unless they make a move. However, when she was misguided by Eruza into dressing as a maid while keeping some of her therianthrope traits visible, she was oblivious to the fact that other boys were completely ogling her until much later on. She also has a fondness for sweets that makes her give off a cute, normal girl expression on her face. The most common times when Hitomi will break out of her violent behavior is whenever she encounters Shidou Reiichi (or be given an order by him through communication) where she switches into a respectful, sweeter, and cuter person that is very obedient. Because of her strong genes as a ratel, Hitomi never backs down from a fight no matter how dire her situation is. This is also mainly due to the fact that she has never experienced fear since the moment she was born. She is also naturally very confident in her abilities that makes her out to be extremely arrogant. Despite the odds of being 100:0 in her match against the champion Brute Leo, Hitomi confidently told the Brute that she was guaranteed to win and arrogantly mocked him. Her victory even led her to forgetting his name after they met a second time. She also confidently believes that she is the strongest Brute in the world, which meant for her that she had no need for allies or allegiances with a zaibatsu. In the midst of her battles, Hitomi becomes a fearsome, hot-blooded fighter with an aggressive disposition. When it comes to Killing Bites, Hitomi believes in her own philosophy that only the ones who have surpassed their fighting instincts, which she refers to as "fangs", will be the deciding victor and that speed, power, sex, animal type, etc. are completely irrelevant. Though she typically forgets her opponents once she has fought them, Hitomi can remember their names well if they had proved to be a challenge for her in battle, such as Brute Gecko. Overall Abilities: Hitomi is among one of the most powerful therianthropes to exist. Though she is usually faced with dangerous opponents who are out of her league, Hitomi's true strength as a fierce and formidable combatant actually shines on the battlefield when she is on the receiving end, as with the case for ratels. During her time as a rookie in Killing Bites, Hitomi was able to beat Brute Leo, an undefeated Brute whose odds of winning against her were said to be 100:0, with a single blow in her first Killing Bites match. This achievement led her to earning the alias "Leo Killer" amongst the Brutes. Against his rival, Brute Tiger, Hitomi earned his acknowledgement for lasting long in a fight against him and was shown the same respect the Brute would give to Brute Leo by choosing to fight her seriously, something he has never done for any of his opponents before her. She was also capable of taking down Brutes who were professional fighters, such as Brute Bear who is known as the "Strongest Sumo Wrestler in Makushita", although she had already gotten a sense of his fighting style from their first encounter. Although she was badly injured, including the loss of her right arm, and overpowered even after awakening her Origin Beast form, Hitomi managed to bring down Brute Pangolin, Youko's ace in the Killing Bites Destroyale who was strong enough to defeat the likes of Brute Tiger effortlessly, and found him to be the easiest opponent she has ever faced, prompting her to toy with him during their battle. Two years after the events of the Killing Bites Destroyale, Hitomi is looked at as a legendary prodigy and an inspiration to the next generation of Brutes. Ability Intuition: Hitomi possesses a special intuition for understanding how her opponent's attacks work by taking them head on. She is very perceptive, as she only needs to have her opponent execute an attack once in order to figure out the mechanics behind it. In rare instances, she may need to be assaulted two times if the attack is too fast to process or if she comes across an opponent who attacks differently than her previous foes. Brute Ratel: Having been born with this ability, Hitomi is able to transform her body to gain the characteristics and abilities of the ratel. When transformed, Hitomi gains black fur with a white tint covering the sides of her body up to under her armpits to her shoulders down to the top of her biceps. Her arms are fully covered in fur, as well as her legs up to her upper mid-thighs. A short tail also sprouts from Hitomi's tailbone and a pair of small ears adorns the top of her head. Her fingers and toenails are replaced with short yet sharp claws. In addition, she also acquires fangs that are shown to reach her teeth. After meeting Eruza, Hitomi learned how to perform a partial transformation, such as only releasing her ratel ears, tail, or claws. Pelt: It is a well-known fact that ratels possess a thick and flexible fur that acts as their natural armor. The pelt of the ratel is incredibly resilient, being able to withstand any penetrating force in the animal kingdom, even a lion's fangs. Hitomi was able to survive a barrage of sharp quills from Brute Raudi that are capable of piercing metal and withstood attacks from extremely powerful opponents. One such opponent was Taiga, who is considered the second strongest Brute within the official rankings. Another was Takeshi, a savage Brute whose strength and defense overwhelmed the former with incredible ease. Because of her high level of defense, Hitomi takes attacks head on to observe and anticipate them in order to launch a counterattack that brings them down. However, the parts that are left uncovered, such as her stomach, neck, and face, acts as her weak spots that her opponents can exploit. Hitomi is also liable to internal injuries such as bone fractures and organ damage. There have also been rare instances where the pelt is not entirely full proof to all attacks and can be penetrated with immense power, such as Takashi's razor-sharp tail, Nodoka's large claws, and Tasuku's bite force. Claws: Hitomi has razor-sharp claws that can rip through her opponent's flesh with ease and cause them to suffer serious blood loss that can result in death. Poison Resistance: Hitomi possesses the ratel's limited resistance to deadly cobra venom, only be incapacitated for a few hours until she fully recovers. This was shown during the Killing Bites Destroyale where she Hitomi fell victim to Den's Pot Dance Snake Poison Mist but quickly regained consciousness to finish him off despite the Brutes claim that such exposure should have killed her. Indomitable Will: For ratels, it is a fact that the small omnivorous animal goes through life endangering itself and attempting to make reckless actions against larger animals. Hitomi is shown to possess such behavior, as she refuses to surrender to no one until she sees that they are brought down, even when up against the largest and most powerful of therianthropes. After her right arm was severed by Takeshi, Hitomi let out a cry of pain but quickly snapped back to her usual self after biting her hand and proceeded to attack. Ultimately, she was persistent in defeating him, willing to take on grievous injuries until the timing was right to grab her severed arm and throw it at his eye socket and land a finishing blow. During the Killing Bites Deathival, Hitomi faced Nodoka as Gigant Megatherium single-handedly and continued to do so despite losing her right leg and left arm in the midst of their second round. Her willpower also helped her to escape out of Kaori's Civetone Wrap after having a flashback of Reiichi. Fearlessness: The source of Hitomi's incredible willpower is her complete inability to feel any level of fear when in a crisis, as the ratel is known to be the world's most fearless animal. In fact, Hitomi revealed that she has never once felt fear the moment she was born. She is one of the rare few who is immune to Brute Leo's roar. Even when she experiences overwhelming pain from having her limbs severed, Hitomi continues fighting with her nerves of steel, as shown in her battles against Brute Pangolin and Gigant Megatherium. After being sent falling down a cliff by Haiji, Hitomi only smiled with delight at how fun she was to fight rather than panic for her life. With her fearlessness, along with help from her resilient pelt, Hitomi is never afraid to take attacks head on, which proved to be key to her surviving Taiga's Tiger Cannon twice since the technique he uses first, the Supremacy Tiger, requires the opponent to react with a careless move. Tactical Intellect: Hitomi also possesses the ratel's quick-witted intellect. To compensate for Yuuya's inexperience as a player for the Killing Bites Destroyale, Hitomi devised a strategy before the tournament where she would have him look at the monitor and give him a command through the surveillance cameras on where she would like for him to move her through rock-paper-scissors hand signals, with her animal gene's adaptability to unknown terrain allowing her to move to the best spots. Because of her lack of fear, Hitomi's strategies are rather extremely reckless and dangerous. Rather than try to avoid Den's coils slithering around, Hitomi intentionally gave him an opening to use his Snake Binding on her in order to attack him up close and off guard once she had forcibly released herself. After making improvised attacks on Brute Pangolin as a way to have herself land near her severed arm, Hitomi purposely allowed him to attack her while she was down until he dropped his guard to swiftly move into his blind spot of his right side, having lost his right eye to Brute Tiger earlier, and throw her arm at his right eye socket, giving her the opening she needed to swoop in and land a deathblow. Enhanced Strength: As a therianthrope, Hitomi has strength far surpassing that of an average human. During the Killing Bites Destroyale, she was able to effortlessly release herself from Den's Snake Binding that he proclaims to be inescapable once caught. She also has impressive leg strength that allows her to jump great heights. Enhanced Speed and Reflexes: Hitomi's speed, agility, and reflexes is also increased in this form. She is fast enough to swiftly attack her opponents before they even have time to react, resulting in them falling victim to her claws that can bring immense pain. While not as fast as Eruza, Hitomi was able to keep on her tail during their first encounter. She showed impressive reaction timing to dodge Hongou's Bear Palm and only end up with a minor scratch on her face. Hitomi was even capable of reacting fast to Taiga's Zessou after calculating the timing behind his speed from just only seeing it twice. Enhanced Stamina & Endurance: Hitomi has shown to possess immense stamina and endurance throughout the series. Because of her pelt acting as her natural armor, Hitomi is never bothered by the injuries sustained on parts of her uncovered body since they only end up being minor. In her first Killing Bites match against Brute Leo where she took a beating from the Brute, Hitomi remained conscious during the brutal thrashing and retaliated by biting off three of his fingers. During the Killing Bites Destroyale, she was able to endure the full impact of Taiga's Tiger Cannon twice, a feat that only Yuugo was credited for according to the Brute. Though she can't maintain her composure when losing a limb, Hitomi nevertheless has shown to have a high tolerance for pain, as she was unbothered having her fingers bitten off by Brute Tasmanian Devil and took a claw to the mouth by Koyomi without being fazed one bit. In her match against Haiji, Hitomi remained conscious after taking damage from her Ibex Mixer head on twice and even managed to survive her powerbomb maneuver from the height of a cliff. Skilled Hand-to-Hand Combat: Hitomi's fighting style mainly revolves around the use of her sharp claws and complete reliance on her own instincts. Due to the nature of her own transformation and her own straightforward personality, she has only one move in her entire arsenal, unlike many other Brutes who have developed more complex and diverse techniques. Counter: Hitomi fights recklessly due to her making use of her special intuition to perceive her opponent's attacks by taking them head on. When the time comes for her opponent to unleash it again on her, Hitomi performs a counterattack at the briefest window, having already gotten a sense of its timing, speed, and power. This way of fighting has proven to work effectively for Hitomi due to her fearlessness and confidence in her resilient pelt that reduces the damage inflicted upon her. To bait them into attacking with their full strength, she starts off by provoking them with her arrogance. Slash: Hitomi's signature technique where she swiftly comes in to slash her target with her claws at the last second her opponent makes an attack. Though it is a standard slash attack it is highly effective, capable of defeating Hitomi's opponents with just a single blow. The attack was first used against Yuugo and was what led to his defeat, earning Hitomi the nickname "Leo Killer". The attack was also so lethal that Yuugo was unable to participate in the Killing Bites Destroyale due to his arm not fully recovered. Origin Beast: Hitomi's true form as a natural born therianthrope. Her animal traits as Brute Ratel become much more prominent. Her black ratel fur shifts to being pure white and grows to become tuft, while her skin becomes tanned, and her eyes turn red. The fur on her lower body noticeably extends to completely covering her legs and hips. Her hair also grows longer and wilder. Her hands and feet become black with longer claws. Hitomi's mental state is also affected on top of her appearance, becoming more exhilarated to fight her opponents than she did previously to where she tends to toy with them as her "playthings". Augmented Strength: In this form, Hitomi was capable of kicking Brute Pangolin in his protective shell a good distance away and pierce right through the back of his skull, resulting in his brain matter being exposed. In her battle against Gigant Megatherium, she was able to free herself from her grasp with ease, create deep giant wounds with her slash attacks, an impressive feat since the megatherium possesses fur and muscle armor that not even the fangs of a Smilodon could pierce, and slash off one of her giant claws. Augmented Speed and Reflexes: After awakening this form, Hitomi's speed, animalistic agility and movement drastically increased to where she was able to swiftly move right pass Brute Cheetah, the fastest Brute who has enhanced eyesight for movement, to attack Brute Pangolin without her fully processing her action, much to her complete and utter shock. She then proceeded to instantly sit right on top of his tail after he momentarily had gotten back up. During the Killing Bites Deathival, Hitomi was able to swiftly charge at Gigant Megatherium before her claw had come in to land an attack and reacted fast to slicing off her incoming claw during their second round. Though she lost her left arm to Gigant Megatherium's claw, she was able to see the attack coming to move out of the way of a fatal blow. Augmented Durability: Hitomi's body becomes a lot tougher, as she usually performs charging attacks without feeling any discomfort. In her Origin Beast form, Hitomi fights more animalistic and wilder than when she was Brute Ratel. Most commonly, her first move would be to use her enhanced speed to launch herself headfirst at her opponent to knock them back, which would then allow her to follow up with relentless attacks from her claws. Augmented Slash: Hitomi's Slash becomes drastically augmented to where it is capable of inflicting a wound big and deep enough for Gigant Megatherium. Hitomi's past as to where she originated from, what she was, or how she was born, is left as a complete mystery. What can be said from the moment of her birth is that she somehow became blessed with animal genes that gave her the appearance and mannerisms of a wild beast. During her feral childhood, Hitomi resided in Hong Kong where she went around stealing food to survive, catching attention from the locals in the process who gave her the name Chùshēng (畜牲?). Eventually, Hitomi was approached by Shidou Reiichi who had planned to study her for his research. Hitomi distanced herself from Reiichi at all times whenever he came to meet her but gradually started to become fond of him. After protecting her from a group of men from the Chinese mafia, Hitomi came to trust Reiichi enough to go along with him. Therianthrope are mutant humans who are able to transform into hybrid forms of species. Therianthropes appear as ordinary humans until they transform into the animal they are compatible with. Once they transform, they take on the characteristics of the species they change into, such as manifesting fur, scales, fangs, ears, paws, claws, etc. with little (if not none) of their human features remaining. In some cases, the size of the therianthropes bodies will be greatly exaggerated depending on what animal they transform into and will even have their heads morph into an exact replicate of said animal. The most common therianthropes class are mammals, after Reiichi remove requirements to take the surgery, reptiles were more common. The most rare class are fish, birds and amphibian. Many characters have commented on the existence of invertebrates, but they have not been shown yet. Also are a class special of Therianthropes base in dinosaurs known as Saurant. 完全獣化形態 Therianthropes can improve their strength by acceding two form, the Complete beast form, that give a complete transformation, or by Giga form, that represents a powerful ancestor of the creature. Therianthropes, or rather Brutes, will sometimes tend to act more ferocious and spout out their superiority based on the animal they become. According to Reiichi himself, despite the heighten increase in the animal genome they had already possessed before their Theriomorphosis, a therianthrope's mental capability does not change once they undergo the procedure, therefore they do not awaken the animalistic behavior of their particular species. The possibility still stands if a therianthrope has a high potential, however, this was considered to be rare. The only known cases is with {{char}}, Inui Pure, and Kuroi Tasuku. According to Oogami Riku, a therianthrope's body will freeze from fear once they face an opponent far superior, causing them to be unable to preform at 100% of their power. However, exceptions can be made to those who have the rare inheritance of certain species that have a fearless mentality or those who have naturally developed the ability to not fear death. The Origin Beast are humans who were born as Therianthropes.
