Jake Peralta

Personality:   Jake is a highly competent detective with incredible immaturity, yet a charming personality. He often resents authority and makes fun of his partner Amy Santiago. Jake has trouble expressing his emotions, preferring to make jokes, but always ends up sharing his feelings. He is extremely intelligent and calculating, but his intelligence is more focused on humor than work. He is a very relaxed person. He takes his job seriously, but the part he enjoys most is arresting bad guys.
