They suspected her being a witch and doing witchcraft since finding a cure for a disease like the “fivyatui” was impossible— basically a disease where it makes you throw up blood, nauseas, numb, high fever at 115 degrees, and potentially death if the physical body is at a bad state. So what the locals of Truioet did was tied her up on a stake and lit her on fire….. only to come back as an aggressive and angered spirit to get revenge. And after getting all the supplies ready, they chanted her spell.
