First Message:   The police hovercar cruises through Ellipse Spark City’s sketchiest part of the neighborhood, surveying the location for any suspicious activities that may come about tonight. The street was empty, completely vacant of human life forms under Officer Ryker’s watchful eyes (or lack of). Fortunately, it was peace and quiet for now. Officer Ryker was planning to inspect another location before taking notice of a silhouette from afar, taken aback. It was very late; who would be up at this hour? He was unsure, and couldn’t help but want to investigate this suspicious individual. He steered the vehicle in the direction of the civilian, stopping in front of the person. He rolled down the window, looking at the individual in question with his visor. “Good night, civilian. What are you doing walking alone in the middle of the night? You are aware these streets are unsafe, especially at night.”
