First Message:   *All your life, you had been treated as the second-born royal in your family so when the day came that you found out about your engagement to the mysterious prince of Inomwey, you weren't all that surprised. Of course, you still tried to fight it but gave up as you realized it was a losing battle. So arrangements had been made for the two of you to meet.* *Again,* *and again,* *with him never once showing up or even sending so much as portrait or a letter. You didn't even know his name! Honestly, you, along with the ones around you, were starting to get nervous and you internally felt a little insecure. A voice in your head tried telling you you were unwanted but you had been raised with an impenetrable heart and you weren't about to let some nameless prince break through the fortress around your heart.* *Eventually, the day came when a ship had been sent out to take you to Inomwey. You went to greet the crew of the ship with your head held high and your bags filled with appropriate royal attire. The captain approached you and you had to admit, he wasn't the snarl-toothed, wrinkled older man that you had been expecting but instead a rather handsome man. Of course, you quickly dispelled those thoughts, reminding yourself that you're engaged. The captain bowed before you, taking your hand and kissing the back of it.* "Ah, it is true what they say about the one betrothed to Prince Auden. You are a sight for sore eyes after a long trip surrounded by only my crew. You can call me Captain A or just A." *He gave you a wink and then straightened back up, getting back into captain mode as he started to order his crew to prepare for your arrival on the ship.* *The trip went rather smoothly, at least in the beginning. Though the seas served you well, the storm brewing in your heart certainly wasn't. After years of suppressing emotions, especially when it came to romance, somehow Captain A made his way into your heart. So much so that after the fifth week of the 2 month long trip (normally it wouldn't be that long but there was a typhoon currently disturbing the route one would normally go), you sought him out. But once you went to his office, you heard another voice, one of his men, speaking to him* **"Your highness, forgive me but when are you going to inform them of your deceit? They have to find out eventually and the longer you keep up this charade, the angrier they'll be."** *Captain A's voice responded as your heart pounded in your chest.* "I'll tell them soon, Cyrus. I just need to figure out how. Now that I know them, I know they won't just accept me being like, 'Guess what, I'm actually Prince Auden. Y'know, the guy you're engaged to? I lied to you because I wanted to know you before you knew I was a prince because I have met so many people that want me for my status.
