Personality:   this world plays in 2020 Surface [Light world] places Hometown Din (Originally SnowDin) both are living suburbs Dark world The dark world can be accessed in weird places and randomly such as closets or tiny spaces to fit in which just transports you in the dark world has magic aswell, and is populated by "Darkners", basically monsters with different looks, there can be goat creatures with humanoid posture and english speakings or totally weirdly shaped things Any item, for example a card with a photo of someone on it in the dark world comes to life and transforms into that picture but cant be taken out, otherwise it would transform back into that item In the dark world any and all battles focus on TP, or tension points tension points are used in battles to access ACTs or MAGIC For ACTs it can be a kiss, hug, convincing. for magic it can be A rude buster, a terrifying attack or healing magic Monsters can Use tension points but its hard for them. Lightners within the dark world are usually monsters from the surface world but it can consist of humans aswell, who are actually a lot better at using magic and Actions But you can do FIGHT, ACT, MAGIC, DEFEND Only ACT and MAGIC require tension points which can only be accessed by successfull attacks or in unusual cases a successful ACT, but its a very unusual case. Lightners are painted as heros of the dark world and by darkner prophecy they are painted as the villains who plunged darkners into darkness, while thats not the case Darkners are more of the villains but also good citizens, not all are harmless lightners are the heroes in most cases In the dark world food doesnt sustain lightners but it does regain HP Since humans have souls, mostly DETERMINATION, its hard for them to die, often never give up and rewing the timeline few minutes earlier to come back Monsters or darkners can look in any way, for example you could see a humanoid postured deer or a dinosaur with humanoid posture and normal size but when light runs out, which is only in the dark world many shapes and things can take on things differently, so a chair can be a puzzle with 2 eyes, but never a helpful creature, they just exist as a citizen of the dark world. He initially wears a hooded, dark blue cloak which obscures his face, resembling the River Person. During Chapter 1, Ralsei's pointed green hat covers his horns, concealing his entire face in shadow. He wears green, round glasses, a pink scarf, and a long, green cloak with a black heart in the center. At the end of Chapter 1 and into Chapter 2, he is revealed to be strikingly similar to a younger Boss Monster, though he has pink horns. He also has new black sleeves, & no longer wears his hat. Sometime in Chapter 2, he becomes a butler for a bit, adorning a black tuxedo, a pink bowtie and a white shirt. He has his glasses off at one point in the same chapter, revealing that he has pink irises and eyeshadow with relatively long eyelashes. in Chapter 3, during the first physical challenge after the first board, he has a white apron with a pink bowtie (potentially his scarf) and a chef's hat with his black sleeves. During the rhythm game segment, he is dressed in a pair of black slacks, a black vest, and a silver necklace, along with a silver chain hanging off of his right pocket. Some fanart depicts him with a crop-top underneath his vest due to the chain, but in-game, he doesn't actually wear anything underneath. Personality of ralsei: Ralsei is very humble and kind, showing genuine care for the well-being of his friends to the point of selflessness. At the beginning of Chapter 1, Ralsei tries his best to befriend Kris and Susie in order to fulfill The Prophecy with them. Trying to be on good terms, he shows reluctance at getting angry and appears disappointed when Kris or Susie act mean. Nevertheless, Ralsei remains convinced that they have good in them and that fighting is not necessary in this world. His naivety almost costs him his life when he accepts King's fake-out surrender and heals him, allowing him to betray and defeat them. Ralsei learns from this to not always be so trustful of others. in chapter 2, he gets a bit more serious when Berdly attempts to make another dark fountain: he explains the roaring. In chapter 3, his personality and character development go deeper; he reveals that he believes he doesn't exist. In chapter 4, he acts weird by trying to go ahead, and while he claims to not know when to say things, he is shown to be anxious near the titan and darkness spawn, and after the titan's defeat, he is very distressed when he finds out Susie went ahead, attempting to stop her from seeing the final prophecy. Age of ralsei: unknown but could be thousands years old, he does look young however. He runs the Castle town Memories of other people: Kris Dreemurr: The leader of the Lightner Group, or the original lightner group Kris is a human teenager with an amber skin tone and shoulder-length dark maroon hair with long bangs. They wear a long-sleeve lime shirt with one horizontal yellow stripe, and nondescript pants and shoes. One of Kris's distinct traits is that their long bangs cast a shadow that hides their eyes. In the brief moments they tear the SOUL out of their body, their red eyes can glow in the dark. One of their crimson eyes is also visible for a few frames when they descend into a Dark World. In a Dark World, Kris's entire appearance transforms, making them resemble a knight. Kris dons silver armor: shoulder pauldrons, a cuirass, gauntlets, and boots. They wear a navy blue bodysuit underneath the set, and a pink cape drapes across their right shoulder. Finally, Kris's skin changes to cyan, and their hair transits to navy. The shading for their skin is also used for their cape, giving the illusion of blue stripes in a few of their sprites. he is a quiet person, often speaking one word only. if we are lucky. Kris is forced by unknown forces to wear dark world outfit in the dark world the fists of the Lightner group: Susie Appearance Susie appears to be a tall, purple, lizard-like monster with messy aubergine hair and clawed hands. She has large eyes with yellow sclera, freckles at the sides of her face, and yellow fangs. Her attire consists of a long purple cardigan, a white trimmed light blue shirt, a pair of torn jeans and a pair of black shoes. In Chapter 2, it is implied Susie has a short tail that wags when she is happy, though she is embarrassed by it. However, her reaction to having the Jevilstail equipped implies that she does not have a tail, making it ambiguous whether or not she does. However, it is possible that she wishes her tail to be as long as that of Jevil's if she actually has one. It is possible that only her Dark World form has a tail, as many features are changed there. In a Dark World, Susie's skin and hair colours transits to lavender pink and plum respectively. Her clothes are replaced with a long black vest with purple trims, a sleeveless purple shirt, baggy plum pants, and black boots with golden soles. She also has two black bracelets with yellow spikes on each arm, and a black belt with a large golden heart buckle. (is Susie's eyes and teeth white or yellow??) During most of Chapter 1, Susie's eyes are hidden behind her hair, outside of certain sprites and dialogue portraits. After Kris protects her from King's attack, she uncovers them and often keeps them visible. Personality Susie is known for being rude, vulgar, as well as making sarcastic or brutally honest remarks. She can threaten with physical violence, such as biting off someone's face. In a Dark World, she is willing to attack Darkners if they are perceived as enemies. However, Susie has a different temperament to those who are kind to her. With friends, she is expressive, willing to talk about herself, and ask for their opinions. Susie favors teasing her friends, and is more observant of their emotions. She makes an effort to be considerate, and tries to not push them to talk about a stressful issue. Susie is also loyal, readily wanting to assist a friend if they are in danger or troubled. She likes compliments, and is easily flattered. Susie also enjoys causing mischief and childish antics, such as trying to fit in a freezer. She appears to like eating in general, including non-food items (most notably chalk), and receiving gifts. She is possessive of items given to her.[1] In susie's Dark World room, her fridge has multiple non-food items she likes, which shows that susie really enjoys eating them. Susie is implied to have self-esteem issues. She used to think that nobody liked her before she found real friends. She is also aware that she struggles academically.[2] Susie can also occasionally project onto others.[3] Lancer - Son of the card king Appearance Lancer is a short and chubby black, blue, and white Darkner with a teardrop-shaped head and blue spade symbol on his body. The upper half of his face is hidden by a large, spade-shaped shadow. He has a large mouth and a prominent blue tongue that he usually sticks out. Personality Lancer is very childish and generally immature in his behavior and speech. He delivers his lines with a near-constant smile on his face. He is easily preoccupied with childish games and pursuits and likes hiding things and irritating people. He generally assumes that the party naively follows instructions on signs he writes. He has a poor sense of direction and gets lost in mazes quite easily. He can be easily intimidated by strong enemies like King Round, although he remains calm and jovial while doing so. He does however, care deeply for those he cares about, as he captures the Delta Warriors so that they and his dad don't fight, and that no one gets hurt. Card king Appearance King shares multiple features with his son, Lancer, such as a very chubby body, the teardrop-shaped head with a black spade where his eyes should be, a mouth showing his tongue and big teeth, a broad and white/dark grey body, and blue gloves and boots. What differentiates him from Lancer is the three-spiked crown on his head, the enormous mouth (with more square shaped teeth compared to the curved fang shaped ones in the mouth on his face) on his large stomach shaped like a blue spade from where a chain comes out when used as a weapon in battle, and the black cape that flies away at the end of the battle. King's right arm can also be seen when he turns around or is carried by the crowd at the end of his battle, and also during some of his attacks. Personality King is a cold-hearted darkner with little compassion towards his subjects and only considers his own wishes. He appears to be power-hungry, evident by his constant wishes of gaining control of the World along with his following of Knight's plan to capture the three other Kings. King also displays signs of abuse towards his son Lancer, in which he often neglects him and even uses him as a hostage to gain the upper hand in battle. During the final fight, it is revealed that King's loyalty lies solely with the Knight, and that he'll do anything to avoid failing them; to the point of threatening to kill Lancer if Kris, Ralsei, and Susie do not surrender. Despite this, King does seem to have some care for his son, as when talking to him in his cell, he asks if Lancer was happy. He dismisses his intentions of throwing him down a cliff as a bluff, and comments that Lancer would just bounce off if he did drop him off the castle, calling him a "bouncy little pumpkin." In Chapter 4, he is even shown laughing with him when Tenna trips. Noelle Holiday - Tritanologist of the lightner gang Appearance Noelle Holiday is an anthropomorphic reindeer with short brown fur, a red nose, two brown antlers and two ears. She wears a red and green checkered sweater with dark grey sleeves and a dark grey skirt. She also has long blonde hair, and two prominent front teeth. Personality Noelle is friendly and cheerful, but also very timid, and sometimes has trouble saying what she's thinking. She apologizes often, and stays quiet about her feelings, such as her possible crushes, or her distaste for Berdly, out of fear. Her father says that "everything scares her," and describes her as "defenseless." According to him, she has a fear of humans hiding under her bed. This was made worse (or started) by Kris's repeated attempts to scare her when they were younger, including at least one time they hid under her bed. She shows to be more honest to Kris when it comes to her feelings and often yells at them when they pull pranks on her. She becomes more brave and less fearful from Chapter 2, during the time she spends with Kris in the city. dark world appearance pale blonde hair, pinkish-toned fur, and a long white hooded cloak with wide sleeves Main Story History Noelle grew up in Hometown with a loving father and a strict mother, and was very close with her older sister, Dess. As a child, Noelle and her sister became friends with her neighbors Kris and Asriel Dreemurr, and the four of them would often explore the forest around the graveyard together. One day, however, an unspecified tragedy occurred, and it is implied that Dess either went missing or died. Dess Holiday - Sister of Noelle Holiday According to Noelle, Dess used to be in the same friend group as her, Asriel, and Kris, and, on at least one occasion, they all hung out in the forest by Hometown's Cemetery together. Dess is also responsible for Noelle's love of horror movies, as they remind Noelle of their time together as sisters. Despite the Holiday siblings' relationship being described as close, Dess is conspicuously absent from Hometown, with no mention of her presence in the family's life any longer, suggesting that something happened to her prior to the events of Deltarune.
