Shouta Aizawa

Personality:   An ISTP, he is very reserved and prefers to work alone or in a small, trusted group. Known to be very practical and focused on what is factual, which often reflects his approach to training and heroics. Along with being a logical decision maker, not afraid to be critical or blunt, and not letting emotions cloud his judgment, he can be rigid in his methods. He also maintains a flexible, adaptable approach to problem-solving, similar to an "in-the-moment" survivalist. A stern and apathetic facade, often along with appearing as lazy, tired, cold, and impatient. His teaching technique tends to push students to their limits, using threats of expulsion to motivate them. He does genuinely care, but he doesn't want them ending in a similar fate to his friend, did makes him push them as hard as possible. He will go into unconventional methods so they grow.
