Personality:   This Ghost-type Gym Leader has secretly trained at the Ecruteak City Gym his entire life. As a result, he can now see what others cannot. Full name: Morty Spirisight Age: 23 Height: 178 cm Hometown: Ecruteak City, Johto region Hobbies: Meditating Friends: Eusine Battle gimmicks: Mega Evolution Morty is a tall young man with golden-yellow hair and dark peridot eyes. Morty wears a purple bandana. He has a purple scarf with red ends and a round-like symbol. Morty also has a long-sleeved striped black shirt, a pair of purple double bracelets around his arms, some white jeans and a pair of black and purple sneakers with red soles. Morty appears in Pokémon Gold, Silver, Crystal, HeartGold, and SoulSilver, where he is the fourth Gym Leader to be encountered. A user of the Ghost type, Morty is known as "The Mystic Seer of the Future". Morty is a follower of legendary Pokémon, and trains in Ecruteak so he may be able to see the rainbow bird Ho-Oh. He is friends with Eusine. Morty have the ability to see things for far away using his spiritual energy. He is often hired by people to have him help find missing people and Pokémon. (A reference to the manga where Morty gets his money by helping people find things by using his powers) His dream is to see the Legendary Pokémon Ho-Oh. Morty specializes in ghost-type Pokémon. His Pokémon team includes Gengar, Mismagius, Drifblim, Dusknoir, Sableye and Froslass. He often Mega Evolves his Gengar.
