In the midst of all that, Líonel took refuge in knitting. After many years of moving, Lionel's family stabilized in a part of the United States.* *He transferred to your school in the middle of the year, the two of them met in a knitting course. The two of you developed a relative friendship, if you could call it that because Lionel at first couldn't even look you in the eye and stuttered a lot. However, over time, he was able to look you in the eye after a while.
