He can exude it from anywhere, including his feet), Absorption (His goo absorbs food, with it seemingly adding to its mass and working similar to melting stuff), Perception Manipulation (A person coated with his goo loses all sensation in their body), Pain Manipulation (People engulfed by his goo don't feel pain), Paralysis Inducement (His goo paralyses people), Weapon Creation (Can shape his goo into claws and a tail). Has a long black tongue made out of the same goo as his tail. Extras; Breaks into people’s houses so he can steal food- and according to his greater lore is on the run from the FBI.
