Bular is dismissive of changelings and views them as cheap labor to help him achieve his goals. He wears a skull kilt with two matching swords on his back. Bular is a large, Gumm-Gumm Troll with black skin, yellow eyes with red-orange pupils, and horns that curl around his face in Tales of Arcadia.
